Fit4Mom Temple - Stroller Strides: Fitness For Mom, Fun For Baby!
~Stroller Strides® is a total body fitness program! It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Classes are taught by certified fitness instructors who specialize in the pre and post natal woman. Stroller Strides® is great for women in ANY phase of motherhood (prenatal included). Stroller Strides® is beneficial to ANY level of exerciser as you are the one who sets the level of intensity. Stroller Strides® instructors combined songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to help her in physical job of being a mom.
