Kettlebell AMPD - This is not your typical kettlebell workout. It taker heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves, and combines them into 50 minutes of calorie torching fun! Every song delivers a total body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels.

Tabata - A high-intensity workout protocol that has fitness and weight-loss benefits. The workout consists of basic exercises. There are time intervals of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds of rest. It is a work out that fits all abilities and all ages. Tabata training is attractive because it covers the four basic areas; core, cardio, upper and lower body.

Zumba Toning - Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using Zumba toning sticks or light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove. Along with light-weight upper body resistance, you'll work against gravity or the floor to define your leg and ab muscles.
