I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I have trained clients as well as instructing aerobics, core classes and step aerobics. In addition to personal training, I am a Certified Prevention Specialist, a Children’s Fitness Specialist and trained in several youth prevention curriculums. This qualifies me to design and manage a staff facilitating multiple afterschool youth prevention and fitness programs. I hold an AFPA certification in personal training and Boot Camp as well as CPR/AED certified. I am also a IDEA member and insured to train in my studio, your home, any gym or on location. During the warmer months I do location training and Beach Boot Camp classes in the warmer months.
Rates:
Single sessions (one on one) $40.00
Couples (two people) $75.00 per session
Group of three $110.00 per session
Groups of four people $145 per session
Beach Boot Camp $10.00 per session
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
I offer training for small groups of 2-4 people and it is working out well for those who like to train with a friend or friends. It is also a little easier on the wallet. All my sessions last about an hour or so.
Most of my clients are interested in weight-loss. I found the most efficient way to train for this is with circuit training. It is a fast paced, fun and energetic workout that alternates between resistance or weight training and cardiovascular exercises. We have all the equipment here in my home studio in Miller Beach. We have weights, treadmill, stepper, elliptical, recumbent bike, spin bikes, elliptical, rower, resistance bands, swiss balls and more. Each session includes a full body workout at your own personal level whether you train in a group or individually. You will still have the advantage of one-on-one personal training with the group circuit training session.
I insist on conducting pre-training consultation and assessment with measurements and a discussion on goals, general health, history and diet. The workouts are progressive and will be assessed periodically to track progress.
