WHAT IS TRIM30?
TRIM30® is a 30-minute Total Body Circuit Training Program personalized to your TRIM fitness level. Each workout includes a 5-minute warm up, 20-minute total body circuit training routine and a 5-minute cool down/stretching segment.
The TRIM® circuit is a series of exercises that are arranged in an easy to follow pattern, which covers every muscle group and element of fitness helping you strengthen, lengthen, and tone every muscle, every time.
At TRIM®, there is always a coach there to help you get a safe, effective workout. You're never alone. Our energetic and friendly Certified Fitness Coach will demonstrate movements, help you with your form, and bring fun and encouragement into your workouts.
