Personal Fitness Training Studio
I have been in the fitness industry my whole life. I owned and operated a women's only health club in the 80's and worked for the hospital wellness centers for a total of 21 years before going out on my own. I train out of my home studio and Anytime fitness in Paris Texas. I wake up every morning loving my job. I truly enjoy getting to help others to meet and exceed their goals. I believe it take hard work and dedication, but most of all consistency throughout. Healthy living is a choice and should be looked at as preventive medicine. Everyone deserve to look and feel their very best!
