Hi, it's always more comfortable doing business with someone you know! Friends and family call me Steph, I have 2 daughters, 2 grandkids and enjoy participating in mud runs with my husband. My fitness journey's pivotal point was in 2007 where I was 230+ pounds. I changed my eating habits and learned how to listen to my body to drop over 100 pounds and participate in my first triathlon. In 2011, I acquired my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have since added other certifications such as the ViPR Athletic & ViPR 3D group fitness certification, the TruFit Level 1 suspension trainer certification, the NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) certification, and most recently the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification.
