As the “hub” of student life and your “home away from home”, the Graham Center prides itself in providing you with an attractive, inviting facility; a myriad of educational experiences and programs; and a dedicated, high-energy staff committed to delivering excellence.
Our beautiful surroundings and state-of- the-art facilities, make the Graham Center the place to be, whether you are going to class, planning a project, attending an event, or simply relaxing with friends, colleagues or guests. Here is where you'll organize events and membership drives; participate in Student Government, Campus Life, the Student Programming Council (presenting comedians, dances, lectures, theme weeks, movies, etc.), the Volunteer Action Center (recruiting volunteers for Alternative Spring Break and Dance Marathon), fraternities and sororities (organizing rush activities and fundraisers); attend the Leadership Center’s workshops, retreats, job fairs, and more.
The Graham Center offers a welcoming and nurturing environment, where you will be challenged you discover your talents and evolve into a well-rounded person. In the process, you will learn more about yourself and others. You may come to the Graham Center to unwind, read a book, study, or meet with friends to discuss a class project. It is the perfect setting to build long -lasting friendships. It is also a very convenient place to have a warm meal or sip a cup of coffee, get school supplies, have a haircut, get your clothes dry- cleaned or your shoes repaired. You can even order flowers, or get a massage at the spa!
The Student Management Program at the Graham Center provides you with the kind of hands-on, practical work experience that will enrich your professional career and enhance your resume. By working and managing all facets of the Graham Center's operation, you will have a great opportunity to practice what you learn in the classroom, and how to work effectively in a team setting.

•Offering unique and attractive facilities, conveniences, services and amenities needed in the daily life of our vibrant FIU Community and to enhance the academic mission of the university.
•Providing a variety of programs, activities, services to its students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests, with the goal of advancing extensive cultural, educational, social and recreational programs to develop a well-rounded individual.
•Promoting participative decision-making and encourage students to get involved in volunteerism, its boards, communities and student employment, to expand their knowledge, develop skills and clarify values.
•Presenting activities and first-hand experiences in citizenship, leadership development, social responsibilities and values, and gives maximum opportunity for self-realization and for growth in individual social competency and team effectiveness.
