Food was good, but as many have said, expensive. I had one burger and a drink and the total was $15. If I had added fries total would have been $20! No meals here everything is ala carte. The place was very clean and lots of space including handicap dedicated tables. It will be a long time before I eat at a 5 guys again because of price. If I hadn't been so hungry before stopping into best buy next door I wouldn't have gone there. Parking: A lot available, bad pun sorry. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap dedicated tables
Great quality food, but expensive. We had a bacon cheeseburger that was very good. Fries were good and you could tell they were very high quality and fresh. The shakes were very good. The hot dog was just a hot dog you can get anywhere just cut in half. Nothing special there. I ordered online and picked up. They have a great system where they do not make the fries and shakes until you are physically on the premises so that they are as fresh as possible. I would rate the food 5 stars and the price 3 stars. It's about same quality as Portillos, but more expensive.
Can't complain about the burgers, they do a really nice job. They're big, loaded and super juicy. Also if you order a large fry, I don't think you can finish the whole thing lol. They must have had about a half a pound in there at least. The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was extremely clean, A clean bathroom = A clean kitchen! The staff works very hard, and remember, they do not set the price of the product. They work hard and do the best they can. We went to a "Red Robin" the other day, the prices were similar, and the burgers were much smaller. They also had the three managers working in the kitchen and waiting tables, without a day off for 3 weeks I might add that's all they had. So, I admire the staff members of these restaurants, they take a lot of guff, sometimes it's good to give some praise!
Culvers offers a double for about half the price. Including a better quality bun and supporting condiments. Not a bad burger, but expected more for 11 bucks.Food: 3/5
Foods great The only thing is that they need a drive-through. The bad location needs to be put closer to the school west on 60 . They would have better sales from all the kids getting out. Just sayingFood: 5/5
Food was good fresh fries and shakes are very tasty courteous friendly service, avg meal is approx 20 to 30 dollars. Dining room was a little on the chilly side and cup tops dont stay on so pick up drinks with caution otherwise all great visitFood: 4/5
5 guys is delicious as always, but it has become so expensive, it's a once in a while treat. Almost $40 for 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 small drinks. Crazy.Food: 5/5
honestly, the food was not worth the price point. the burger tastes like burger king’s, it’s not bad, but that is a huge price gap for the same thing. the service was really great though. they were very prompt and kind.Food: 2/5
Alex and Josh were HUSTLING. Doing an awesome job taking care of all the folks at the shop and making delicious food. Great work ethic, service, and attention to detail.Food: 5/5
It was fine. It wasn't life changing. They make good burgers and fresh French fries- very greasy food. That's my biggest setback. Some people like that though. Good but not great! Still would recommend :
