My daughter loves this place. She picks her from the kids meal and I stick to the never ending salad and soup. I never finish the pasta and always eat a lot of salad before the entree arrives lol I do occasionally treat myself to an entree when I have a craving for pasta. Service has always been exceptional.
Decent service, pur waiter was a little over seated so she was rushing around trying to take care of everyone. She still did great like bringing me a new soup. She did forget the cheese but once we asked no problem whatsoever. Again great service! Parking: Large parking lot.
Update! Had a great visit! Server Kingz was fantastic. Celebrated a birthday! They sang Happy Birthday! Unfortunately not in Italian like a long tome ago. I guess everything has changed. Still overall food and service was great!! Disappointed! Much of the servers have changed over. Seems like staff dilies not care.We came to celebrate my wife's birthday! Specifically told the server it was her birthday. She acknowledged and wished her a happy birthday but after the meal no free dessert or singing her happy birthday. Not sure may they dont do it any longer! I still remember when Olive Garden made the pasta fresh at their locations in front of you and the used to sing happy birthday in Italian!! Times of changed and so do places we choose to eat at!!! Oh by the way the computers on the table are a real turn off. I bet in a couple of years you will seat yourself and robot will serve your food! Have fun millennials!
This evening was a seamless experience, no Wait to be seated, the bathrooms were clean, the service was quick. The food was hot and fresh. They remembered everything on our order including some adjustments we made to the dishes.Food: 5/5
Visited the location twice in a year. First time came on a weekend evening, overall impression was average - food is OK, service was OK - waiter was OK, wait time was long, not fantastic. Second time we came on a weekday with my spouse at 3.40 pm hoping to get a good dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty, maybe 3-4 tables occupied. Hostess told us and an elderly company before us that we'll have to wait for 20 min to be seated, since "waiters have a shift change". 3.40 pm, restaurant is empty, there is at least 3 waiters going around - still we're not even allowed to sit and we're not offered even a glass of water. Ok. We're waiting, a young couple with a baby comes in, they are also offered a place in line, then a couple more groups of customers come, and now we're all waiting together in front of the restaurant. The first seemingly waiter arrives at 4.05 pm, changes, comes to the hostess, they chat. Not a single person from the line is offered a table. Another couple of waiters showed up at 4.10 pm. Still nothing, now we have a crowd of customers waiting to be seated in front of the hostess desk and 3 waiters behind the desk. I asked hostess at 4.15 pm when are we going to be seated - and she straight ignored the question. All this time the proposed waitres just stand behind desk and commonly chat to each other as if they don't have a dozen of customers in front of them waiting to be seated. At this point we just left after 45 min wait. Awful service, would recommend to avoid this location to everyone
Celebrated my daughters 16th birthday party here. Loved the food, salad, soup and chocolate cake was the highlight. Special note of appreciation for the server Maria and manager Irene Reyes who made it happen. Thankyou guys.Recommended dishesSoup Salad
Classic Olive Garden. The menu seems to have been reduced in options. However they still offer the valued "Soup, Salad and Bread sticks". Great clean restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. Music playing on overhead speakers were loud. Very hard to have a conversation with the people I was with. Food came the plates were very hot but food was just above warm.Food: 3/5
Polite staff. Food was quick. We called ahead and they made sure we had our seats when we reached.
Love this restaurant! Great service, great food!!!! If you love cheese, their stuffed shells area amazing and if your indecisive definitely try their tour of Italy!!! You won't regret it!
