Nothing like starting a date with my Hubby with Five Guys and then Black Adam at the Alamo. Five Guys has alway been the perfect spot for a pre-movie meal. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are efficient and welcoming.Food: 5/5

1st thing great customer service, they welcome you, offer suggestions very polite. Even explained  they come in the more to presh cut the fries and more the burger patties. The store plenty of seating Socially distanced. The burger was great and the hot dog was delicious.

My experience was very good. The guy who made my order was incredibly kind, had patience and gave me peanut . I forgot his name, he is from Jamaica. ThanksFood: 5/5

My daughter and I wanted a quick bite to eat and heard Five Guys was a decent burger. Well it was more than decent, it was very good! They add any amount and any topping you want like my favorites grilled onions and pickles  The establishment was clean and their cooking area was also clean. They were very friendly and pleasant.  I'll definitely be  back!!  Also, try the fries with Cajun seasoning!!

It’s slightly better than run of the mill fast food, but it’s still fast food in my opinion.  The burger was ok.  Tasty, nothing special.  Fries left that greasy aftertaste in my mouth that lasted for the rest of the day.  There are two tables of outdoor seating which I liked.  Inside the restaurant, they play rock music on poor quality speakers which somehow managed to be tinny and noisy even though the audio clearly wasn’t set to be loud.  I still couldn’t really carry a conversation over that music until I went outside.

Absolutely horrible! The employees there are always just so rude! If I acted like that where I work I would’ve been fired! They almost always mess up your order, they put a ton of mayonnaise in my burger even though I didn’t ask for mayonnaise. The fries are often cold and not fresh and the employees get so mad and insult you if you ask for new ones. The buns are always soggy too. The employees get so mad if you don’t tip at least 20%, even if you’re just ordering takeout. Just so sick of the terrible service there so I’m not going there again any time soon.

I have worked here if you are trying to apply do not take the job they play around with peoples pay rude managers when I asked for my check manger told me that it’s not there yet

Ordered via the website. Employee greeted on entry I advised that I was a pickup, she confirmed the name, my advised it was almost ready. Food was hot and fresh.  Parking: Plenty of parking.

Walked in...this little girl on the phone act like I'm disturbing her personal phone call...oh my apologies ... Didn't hang up when I was ready to order lol just told them to hold on. She's irritated about something, clearly! But my real problem is.... It's 1140am...why are the booths dirty?!? Oh because they didn't wipe them down last night, I'll just stand and wait lol smh. Hate I was craving this hot dog, it was good though.

The place is clean. Staff is attentive. Food is fresh.Food: 5/5
