Hello everyone!
My name is Jo Anna and I absolutely love my job as a Wedding Dress Consultant and Stylist.
When I was just a little girl, I went to the most fabulous wedding you could imagine. I was only 7-years-old, but I remember every beautiful detail. I fell in love with the glamour and beauty of the ceremony and how special it made me feel. The Bride was my cousin and she looked like a princess!
I'll never forget how she looked as she walked down the aisle, stood so elegantly in front of all of the onlookers, and pledged her love for her husband. It touched a place deep down inside of my soul.
God has blessed me with a twin sister and she likes most of the same things that I do. She has a great sense of style and growing up she loved dressing up with me. To this day we spend hours putting together outfits and mixing and matching accessories. When it comes to bling, I think she has me beat! She loves all the beautiful frills and glamorous details.
My sister and I would watch TLC’s hit television series Say Yes to the Dress. We would also watch other shows such as Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta, I Found the Gown, Four Weddings, and My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding. In addition, I have read the book It’s All about the Dress by Say Yes to the Dress star and fashion designer, Randy Fenoli. I have also read a variety of books and bridal magazines to keep up with the latest trends and styles. Some of my favorite designers are Oleg Cassini, Zac Posen, Vera Wang, Melissa Sweet, Galina Signature and Jenny Packham, just to name a few.
