Five Guy's have the best burgers and fries! Come with a healthy appetite and a little extra money because it's a little pricey but it's worth it Staff was happy and upbeat. Food came out great! I'll post some photos for prices. Restrooms were clean and lobby was also!
Usually a bit of a wait and very expensive, but soooo good! I love that my burger is always cooked really well. The fries were really good this time. They forgot the BBQ sauce on my burger, but it's my fault I'm too shy to ask for it again lolFood: 4/5
Fries were awesome as usual. I ordered my burger "California" style for a change, lettuce and onions were crisp, tomato was meh, I like my slices way thinner. Overall, the burger was 8.5/10 10/10 for quick service class of restaurantFood: 5/5
A really great burger and fries. There were very few customers, but it still was a bit of a wait. Also very expensive! A single chese burger starts at over $ 9.00 a double is almost $ 12.00. So, one single and one double with a large fry to split and no drinks was $ 30.00 Don't get me wrong, the burgers were great, and there were more fries than 2 people can eat, but $ 30.00 for lunch of burger and fries with no drinks is ridiculous. But that is the new normal.
Burgers are quite big, flavorful, and have a great sear on them. Two slices of cheese on the cheeseburgers but, the bacon is in small pieces under the burger. I like to see my bacon without searching to see if it was forgotten. Slight mix up on our order when my companion got green peppers on hers instead of pickles. Fries are delicious and you get a hell of a lot! Really like the smaller, crunchy pieces in there. Only problem with that amount is they toss a bunch extra in the bag. The grease does soak through eventually. Still was a very enjoyable meal!
Wonderful place to eat. First time there. I had a hamburger with cheese, bacon, and grilled mushrooms. The taste was fantastic. The fries.... if you love lots of fries, this is the place to go. A medium order seemed like a giant order. Another interesting fact is that every item is locally sourced. Thank you, Five Guys, for supporting local farmers. I highly recommend, FIVE GUYS for your next meal. Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are wheelchair height. They have several designated for wheelchair.
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers online, I paid for an extra patty wanted 3 on one of them and when I got home it only has 2. Some toppings were missing also. Confirmed on Order # 14588176734879748 ticket #21 placed on 05 Dec. 2022 @ 5:53 PM, that I placed it correctly online. Called to talk with the manager and no one would pick up over the phone. So I left a message and still haven’t heard from them. I’m not sure if they were too busy, but I shouldn’t have to rip the sandwich apart at the counter to double check if they can count 3 patties. See my picture, clearly 2 patties and I paid an extra 2.40 for nothing. Still waiting on a refund.
I just shelled out $24 dollars for a burger with overcooked and ice cold bacon, tipped for service that was sub par would love a refund for my 20% gratuity, and ate my burger at a table that was sticky and obviously not well cleaned. In short, I could get the same at McD's for a fraction of the cost. Throwing fries all over the bag is stupid. This will be my last Five Guys experience.
Haven't been here in a while, need to come back more often.... Fries are my favorite as you can see, i ate them before thinking of pictures!
This used to be one of my favorite places to go to get a burger, in the past year it has gone downhill. The food is more expensive and the burgers haven’t been as great as well as service seems to be declining.
