Nice and well maintained CLEAN RV park with level gravel spaces. Laundry area with restrooms and showers is always clean. The grounds are cleaned up daily, which is helpful when I exercise outside and walk my dogs. We have stayed a few times here and it's always been a great quiet stay with well mannered neighbors. Easy process to get a spot if one is available. Judy, Cassidy, and Stephanie are super friendly and very helpful! They allow pkgs to be delivered and have a mailbox. They also give great recommendations for restaurants and other area attractions.
My family of 6- my husband, 3 kids and a dog lived here for a year and throughout our RV life experience the only regret I have is not finding this place when we started. Flat Rock is my home and everyone here has been closer than my own flesh and blood. We personally had a yard that we fenced in and they have different types of lots to meet the needs of every family. They have weekly gatherings as a community, Judy keeps this park running and enforces rules so you can be confident and comfortable living here, we’ve spent holidays here as a family, birthdays, just so much to be grateful for. We are getting a house but this park makes me want to live in RV forever, leaving them is hard and I guarantee you if you’re looking for a community to full time in this is it! Best RV park far and wide! We’ve been at parks in Mineral Wells, Garner, Weatherford, Arlington and this is the only place I called home! We will miss our Park family and everything this park has to offer as a community!
We moved to Flatrock RV Park in January 2022 and have loved every single minute of it. The park is clean, quiet, and the people here are always kind and friendly. Everyone in management is wonderful. We absolutely adore Cassidy!
New park with clean facilities has laundry. Smart idea the dryer is next to the washer like at home, 3 sets. Management is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean with nice size lots. Another great touch is all the beautiful Christmas decorations.
We have been here right at a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The management, Ms Judy and Ms Cassidy have been totally awesome. The few times there has been any issue, like with the water or whatever, they have always been on top of it and had the problem taken care of quickly. Judy and Cassidy truly cares for the patrons of the park & takes great care of ya. If your looking for a great place that is very reasonably priced, this is definitely the place! If we ever make a move back to this area, we already have a place pick out!
My daughter and I called and spoke with Cassidy about coming to the RV park and selling her fundraising candy. She welcomed us when we entered and showed us the area. We started our journey through the park and the people are so friendly! We would stop and talk to the residents and chit chat. Neighbors were visiting neighbors, kids were playing with other kids. The community has events going on weekly. This place rocks!! Thank you for this wonderful experience!
The managers, Judy & Darryl, are extremely helpful, friendly, & take meticulous care of the park. They helped me level my rig & fix a leak in my water line. They also fixed my toilet when it clogged, which I REALLY appreciate. Also my dogs seem to really like them both, & I trust my dogs. As a newbie full-timer, I'm very thankful for them. Oh and the laundry room & bathroom here are super nice & smell like pine. This park is very quiet all the time, which is great. I enjoy the view of the sunset & stars at night. I like the live oak trees everywhere & enjoy identifying birds I see. Plus this park is right by some gorgeous scenic drives & outdoor activity areas, including the FW Nature Preserve, several lakes, & not too far from Inspiration Point at Marion Sansom Park, which I highly recommend for hiking!
We have been here about 2 weeks and this park,the management Judy and Darrell,and the other tenants are the best in the world! Everyone came together and put a storage shed together for us and then we shared lunch together! Can't wait to spend a long time here in a clean,safe, and friendly park! Thanks to all the people here!Just read review from "raggae love ANF totally disagree. This park and management do everything in their power to help residents. The water situation was due to the parks supplier not the park. If you have been here anytime at all and know these people you will love it. We hope to never leave!Cassidy and Judy are the best!
We were moving and took 5 days to drive our motorhome to Texas. My husband booked RV park because most were all taken already around our area where our new house was going through escrow. The place my husband picked was a massive dive crack RV park. We high tailed it out of there and on the road I found this place. She had one spot left and let us stay gave us a great monthly price even though we were only staying 3 weeks it was worth paying a whole month with its cheaper. It's nicest people ever that we enjoyed that park other than a little road noise they had a mailbox for us we did our laundry they had a grassy area for our dogs. Even had a package that arrived after we left and I called and they were so sweet and kind to go retrieve it out of the mailbox for me.
We stayed at the RV park for about 6 weeks. This is the best RV park in the area, with great prices and extremely well-managed. Judy and Darrell are excellent and easy to work with. They are always on the property, keep things running efficiently, and ensure park rules are followed. The laundry facility is clean with excellent prices for washing/drying and machines are home quality that do not damage or shrink your clothes. Bath facilities are cleaned daily and well maintained. This place is quiet and feels like home with a sense of community and park events if you wish to be involved. Highly recommended.
