Attentive and friendly experience. Not only can you have your feet sized, you are rewarded with staff who are knowledgeable and have your best interests in mind. Yes, I can beat the price somewhere else or online line, they aren't a super cheap store but, the old saying is true, You get what you pay for. For all these reasons, i'd go back again and again. It has the charm of going to an old- school shoe store.
Very helpful sales people. Not pushy. Great shoe selection that you can be fitted for with a electronic scan of your foot. Great experience.
I was taken care of immediately when I arrived. The young lady Kellie was knowledgeable and she worked hard to make sure I found the perfect fit. I truly appreciate that fact! I want also give a shout out on behalf of your former manager Paul Jelma. I reached out to him, not realizing he was no longer there. Paul, as he always does, graciously directed me to y'all.
It was awful! Waited a long time to be waited on. Store was dirty! Garbage can overflowing. Piles of hangers laying around. Clerk didn't have a shoe horn to help you try on shoes. Will not go back!
Such an amazing experience , this is truly a specialty store where anyone can get a wealth of information on how to buy the right gym shoes mainly for adults. The best in customer service! I can’t recall the last time As an adult that I had someone help me try on shoes.
Really kind and informed staff. Got shoes and custom orthotics made. Definitely would recommend to anyone. They take their time and help you and answer any questions you might have.
They are a specialty store for running shoes. I bought a pair of Hoka trail-running shoes for my vacation in Sequoia National Park, for hiking, etc. Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Very good customer service.
Staff was very nice and helpful GIANT shoes, trying to find something my orthotics fit into.
I had an amazing experience finding the right pair of shoes. I would absolutely recommend this place for anybody who needs a good quality parachutes and outstanding customer service. Iris help me find the right pair of shoes and took her time and made sure I was very happy with my purchase.
Kiely was super patient, helpful and kind! Made me feel very comfortable and not like an annoyance like you can sometimes feel at certain companies. She made sure that I was completely satisfied with the fit, only downside is having to wait for my size 9 to be shipped to the store for pick up but honestly I already know it's gonna be well worth it. So excited to feel like I'm walking on a cloud!
