Fleischner Van Bebber Matone, Hot Springs National Park Dental Group

When I first moved here and was in dire need of a dentist to take my wisdom teeth out and for regular check ups beyond. This office with their great staff and friendly service was highly recommended by my neighbor and new friend at the time Christina who also happens to work there. In the years since that I have been getting my teeth cleaned, they just like my friendship with Miss Christina has grown to feel more like family. If you're looking for that feeling of home look no further this is the dentist office for you. Where they can calm even the most anxious lol that would be me of client's with a gental hand and a soothing voice while you get your teeth cleaned.

I have been going to this dentist for a while now due to the providers my insurance covers. For 2 years I have had an issue with the same tooth and when they said it was fixed the dentist told me, "I knew that was going to happen and that it was going to have to be repaired". If you knew that why didn't you do it the right way the first time??????? I have been telling them about the same teeth2teeth bothering me for over a year and they say they don't see anything wrong or basically brushed it off....But yet I have been in pain and chewing only on one side for over a year. They have taken so many x-rays of the same teeth that it makes no since, because nothing has changed. But yet they keep making me come into the office and not do nothing but take x-ray and reschedule me to come back and charge me for the visit but didn't even help me or fix the problem. Not to mention I stay almost an hour away! They are truly all about the money and that isn't the only issue I have had with them, but it is the most important one.

The dentists at this clinic are professionals. I had Dr. Fleischner and Dr. Van Bebber and their work is exceptional — they saved two teeth, one of which another dentist at another office was about to lose. At this clinic, the dentists and their hygienists are very detail oriented, which I appreciate as a patient. When I walk in the door, I can feel that they work together as a team, from the front desk to the payment counter. Am so glad I switched here!

I called office to get my grandson an appointment for a toothache he just started having. He has been to this office and is a patient there. I was assured they would call me back to see if a blocked out spot could be used for him to get help. No one called so I returned my call to them next day and was told, Yeah we got a message bug uoh are going to have to take him someplace else, we have no room for him!!!! Excuse Me!!!! How can a Dental office go and say that about one of their patients. Just because he doesn't get seen every 6 months is no reason to say that. The old sounding hag that answered the phone had no compassion whatsoever. We will never recommend this office to anyone ever. Thankfully I found someone to take our grandson right away because their belief is no one should be in pain and that's what we are here for. They made room for a new patient and they are rated very high with 5 stars. I am so very thankful to our new Dentist.

The dentist and hygienist are wonderful and provide exceptional quality of service. They deserve 5 STARS. I only rate this dental group at 2 stars because of a member of the office staff, Christina. Someone flubbed when they hired her to be customer facing. If I treated my customers with the same attitude and disposition, they would take their business elsewhere. Just as I am going to do.

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist!! The staff and the doctors are wonderful!! They make it a point to make you comfortable, especially for someone like me who has always been afraid of going to the dentist! Cannot recommend them enough!!

Very polite and helpful people. They take time to explain what’s going on and my daughter felt fully at ease. Only thing I would complain about is that I would’ve like it if the Dr. would’ve introduced himself to the my daughter and I when he came in the room, instead of getting right to the “root” of the visit see what I did there. Lol; it really is a great place though. I definitely am glad we switched practices for my daughter.

I've been going to Hot springs Dental for 5yrs. Dr. Matone does wonderful work, and Tracy the office Manager is great! Can't say enough about this group. I'm giving them 10 stars!

I am sure this is a great dental group. But when I called with an emergency. Ciara that answered the phone was really short and unprofessional! Said they was short staffed and couldn't help. I understood but she was not customer friendly at all over the phone.

Very friendly staff and Drs. The environment seems warm and friendly.
