Empty, no one in the lobby to be seen. So I took a number as the sign read, started walking around looking at different pamphlets. When a troll of a woman popped out of a office, with no gretting of any kind, "can I help you?" As if I was a teenager in the wrong place?!? Seriously get ur act together never felt so unwelcomed at a hospital before. Then they send you out so they continue their hilarious conversation that I apparently interrupted by coming there for anything. Hope to never go back, feed the troll she's rude when hungry!
Went to ER with out of control bp. I heard nurses laughing about me coming in just for BP. It was 245/105 and my doctor told me to go to the ER. I walked out of the ER after hearing the nurses and fortunately did not have a stroke that night.I hate that place.
The registration department was so helpful and kind. They definitely went above and beyond to meet the needs of their patient!
Was in the ER last night with a horrible migraine. I don't remember the names of the staff...but they were phenomenal. It was a Nurse Practioner, James maybe, the nurse, and even admission. I was taken straight back, the NP and nurse was in within minutes, and IV meds given immediately. Very thankful for their immediate care and excellent bedside manner. Thank you again!! DM
I moved from northern California and I can honestly say the care here was better than any care of ever received in Ca. In the 57 years I’ve been alive. I had learned to ignore any injuries and illnesses while living in Ca because of the terrible care, here I can rest a little easier and not totally ignore future injuries.
Wanted to give a shout out for a professional and efficient group of individuals. From check in to discharge I was treated with compassion, diligence and expertise. Sorry, I can’t remember the nurse’s name nor the X-ray technician’s name, however; I was in the ER Wednesday, March 2 between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM March 3. Thank you!
They refused to provide care to a family member of mine today when she came in with covid and had shortness of breath. Told her to come back if she had chest pain OR…SHORTNESS OF BREATH! But for the time being, there was nothing they could do for her. Discrimination, medical neglect, and they humiliated her. I will never go back here. And to think I almost accepted a job with them once…I would be so ashamed now to have my name associated with this hospital. So disgraceful! Wanna know why people are dying from covid? Because they won’t treat you unless you’re sick enough to get them funding, but at that point, it’s already too late for you and just in time for them. They ought to be sued for their inhumane “treatment” of my family member today!!!!
Great little hospital that serves the local community. The building is beautiful and the staff are caring.
My 82 year old Mother had been in the hospital for awhile and they were supposed to be finding her a nursing/rehab place . They called today and tell me basically Sunday they will be kicking her out the door even if they do not hear from the nursing home. So I wake up Saturday and get another call from them saying I need to come get her . So we drive up ask if they have made a referral to home health and are told it was in her release orders..well guess what no referral. And yesterday afternoon the nursing home calls telling me they called fleming county hospital Saturday saying they were ready for her. Now because she has been home a few days all her paperwork will have to be redone. This is incompetence at it's finest. Really wish I could leave less than 1 star. Pitiful.
They were great with my 3-year-old. The x-ray group, the nurses, the attending doctor- all kind and patient. My daughter says she likes hospitals now.
