Town and Country Veternairy

Would leave a lower review if possible. We tried to check our dog in for boarding and told on 2 separate occasions what the price would be, but the day of boarding they suddenly told us it would be 300 dollars more, And when we asked why the sudden change they acted is if we made up the numbers. We were very thorough when getting our quote that everything was included. We asked that the front staff be educated on informing clients that their estimates are subject to change this drastically but instead they called and told us they would refuse to board our dog the day of drop off. Highly unprofessional.

Over the weekend my puppy developed hives my regular vet had no emergency vet on call , I called town and country and Dr.Biddle called me right back he was great and so helpful, on tuesday her hives got worse she saw dr owens, super nice thorough and the staff was great will be switching to them for her care!

My friend has been going there for years. Her little dog has been very very sick since Thursday. They won’t even return her call. I think it’s downright ridiculous.

Everyone at T&C is great - Drs Glass, Biddle, and Owens as well as the rest of the tech and office staff. We have brought both cats and dogs for a wide variety of appointments - from checkups to emergency surgery to planned surgeries - and our experience as well as our pets’ has been top notch. We really appreciate that they propose multiple options when they are available, share what they would do in our shoes, and take great care of our animals even when the animals may not be super thrilled about being there.

Totally supportive and professional. Had to have our best friend go to heaven. Had him from 5 weeks old.

Absolutely the best veterinarian hospital. My Dad was a veterinarian and I recommend Towne & Country. Dr. Biddle has worked with my dogs since I moved here. He truly cares!

Over the years we've brought in our fur babies for various types of visits. The vets have been wonderful. So far we've been very happy with Town & Country Vet Clinic.

Dr.Biddle is hands down the best vet, i’ve been taking my dogs there since they were puppies and he’s always done everything for them. My basset hound recently passed away and had to have 2 emergency surgeries within 2 weeks apart and dr. Biddle did everything to make sure he was okay. He called me multiple times throughout the day to give me updates and rearrange his whole schedule just to do the emergency surgery the 2nd time on my dog. Another amazing thing about Dr. Biddle also will explain things how you need him too so you can understand what is fully going on and will try and save you as much money as possible. If you’re looking for a new vet, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Biddle!

Dr's Glass and Biddle are the best Veterinarians ever! Have been going to them for probably 15 to 20 years and would never go anywhere else! We moved to Clermont County and still I drive to Maysville, KY for them to take care of my Yorkies! Check them out because they are so good with your pets!
