We offer a variety of FITNESS activities to help meet your family’s fitness goals. We pride ourselves on making T&C a family oriented health club that meets everyone’s personal needs. Our facility is filled with amenities for every fitness level. Every membership comes with access to our two indoor pools, a weight room equipped with machines and free-weights, two floors of new cardio equipment, a Spinning and Group Fitness Studio, Men’s, Women’s, and Family locker rooms, 50+ Group Exercise Classes per week. We also offer Child Care for children newborn to 8 years of age, Children’s Programs, Tanning Beds, Personal Training, TRX classes, and Group Training. There is something for everyone!
