I had a very emergent situation and they took care of me right away. I called scared and very nervous. The phone staff were very compassionate and understanding. The doctors nurse I talked to listened to my concerns and assured me that they were going to help me and they did. This office staff from the front desk to the back are very nice and warm people. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had a plan set up for me before my visit. He explained everything that I was going through and made me feel like he was going to help all the way. When I left his office I felt a lot better and confident that my problem will be solved with visits and tests with him. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Jacome for making me feel better and more relaxed. Your office is #1 in my book.
I wasn’t sure what to expect…a long wait, rude staff, a doctor who was rushed and wouldn’t listen to me! It was nothing like I thought it would be or have come to know these days at other offices. The front office staff was fast, efficient and so nice. The nurse that took me back was the same and took her time entering my medical history in the computer. A minute after she left saying the doctor would be in shortly, Dr. Nahar knocked and came in. She listened to me, asked me questions and did not rush at all. What a great experience it was today. It is so nice to go in to a doctors office these days and feel like you matter. I appreciated that I got great care from start to finish and all in under an hour.
I have been going there for years and have been happy even after my doctor Dr Gurwit retired. I then started going to Dr. Nahar I was a little skeptical because I normally go to a male doctor. She was so nice and very knowledgeable with mature women’s issues. I also really like Linda Roberson she was the person who did my ultrasound a while back. I feel I’m in good hands at Fleur Women's Health Center.
Dr. Jacome is a special & caring doctor. I have been his patient for 12 years now & he “always listens.” Even as busy as he is, & he is… he takes the necessary time to address any of your concerns. This is a very bustling practice, so the staff is also VERY busy, but they do their best to get back to you just as soon as they can, and they will!
The atmosphere in health center is very calming and nicely decorated so you don’t feel like you’re in a clinic. Seating is very comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly.and my appointment was right on time. Dr. Nahar is easy to talk with and explained everything to my satisfaction.
I can not say enough good things about FLEUR Women’s health. From the receptionist who listened and found a way to squeeze me in and to the front desk staff they were all helpful and welcoming. Dr. Nahar was very kind, compassionate, and answered all of my questions for my situation. I felt as if she genuinely cared about me, my emotions, & reaction to the tough news she had to deliver to me during my visit. I’ve never felt so comfortable during a first visit to a Practice before. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
I have been a patient of Dr Jacome for 24 years. I have always felt confident and comfortable with his care. He always has a friendly smile and puts you at ease. His staff has always been very friendly. I recommend his office to anyone looking for a great doctor.
Dr Nahar is a wonderful OB/Gyn. She delivered my baby at Eisenhower medical center, even though only given a 15 minute heads up she still made it there to deliver and was calm and confident. Usually runs in time for office appointments, I never had to wait more than 30 minutes in the lobby, usually less than 10. Never felt rushed in the office, always took the time to answer my questions.
Dr. Garza was great. Listened to my concerns and offered sound advice on dealing with issues moving forward. Very easy to communicate with and a kind bedside manner. I was in and out with great efficiency. Super staff. Much appreciated!
Very pleased with this medical office. I only have experience with Dr. Nahar, the staff is friendly, professional, everyone answers all your questions. As an RN, I'm particularly observant of how the office is run,& it's clean,following all health protocols. Highly recommend.
