Flex-Fit is an awesome way to introduce yourself to the wonderful world of fitness, $5.00 classes are small and based on your personal needs. One on one instruction is available for beginners as well as advanced students. I offer Personal Training for only $20.00/hr which includes a customized plan based to your needs. Increase your strength, flexibility and energy levels in just a few short classes.
$5.00/hr walk in, $55.00 a month unlimited classes includes use of gym! No contracts or bank withdrawls.
