Flex Fitness was founded by Sandra Britton in 2007 with the intentions of giving the community a valid area to exercise. In these few years, Flex Fitness has expanded to offer state of the art equipment, services eight group fitness classes weekly for all exercise levels, and its staff currently trains roughly 40 clients. The facility has an 18 year and older policy, and takes pride in ensuring all members enjoy their time of leisure and stress relief. Flex is a proud sponsor of all Advocare products. Advocare is an Informed Choice drug tested and reliable product of all trainers and athletes here.
