"FLOBA LLC was founded in 1987 and branched out in Cairo, Egypt as a retail company. Soon after, the FLOBA company became one of the largest wholesalers in the country and added an additional location in 1994, specifically for their wholesale activities. Since FLOBA was founded, the company's main function is import and export from many countries including Turkey, China, and many others. In 2001, FLOBA decided to branch out to China with an office and a warehouse. In 2003, FLOBA added another office and a larger warehouse. In the beginning of 2015, with this vision and years of success, FLOBA expanded its first retail and wholesale location to the US in Houston, Texas, which will be our home company city."

The chairs are just flashy but they are not durable. They are made with the least quality materials . You don’t want to try them . That is why Floba doesn’t give any warranty and refuse any return after purchase.
Nice furniture, good looking, the customer service was so good, they attended to me with all my questions, as a returning customer.
So thankful to have found this great furniture store, been looking around! Mary provided a great product living room set and dinning table with free rug, superior service, and prompt timing. She managed to get me exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. She came highly recommended and I can see why bc my expectations were exceeded! Will return soon, Thanks again!
Saw a small dining table and matching chairs in the showroom that I liked. Spoke with Mary and was assured she had a boxed set in the back in the color I wanted. Paid in full and set up a day to come back with a truck to pick up. When I came to pick up, it was not the color I wanted so she said I could take the other color boxed and new or the original color I wanted but the opened one from the showroom which wasn’t in spectacular condition. I did ask if I could just get a new one shipped in but she said she won’t do that and also was denied a refund when I asked if could just cancel the whole thing. The set is purple and black. The other table is red and black, so no I didn’t want to mix and match. I don’t appreciate being told one thing, paying for one thing and given something else and not even an attempt to accommodate when it was the store’s mistake. I would not recommend this business unfortunately.
Very nice staff, Mary was helping me and she was very informative. A lot of chandelier options and Victorian furniture with reasonable prices. I love coming to see what’s new
The customer service here is consistently friendly and helpful, the people here are warm, and their furniture is even better! I expect high quality with cheap prices, and Floba never fails to impress me every time!!!
It’s evident how important their customer service is to them. They went above and beyond in taking care of me and helping me find the perfect set!
I don't recommend this business if you want to get what you paid for. They show one thing in the store and give you something else once it ships then refuse to give you your money back even though it's their fault.
Everything in this store is gorgeous. They sell a lot of victorian/rococo style furniture and decor. They have mostly crystal chandeliers but a few shabby chic chandeliers too. They also have unique dinnerware and cookware you probably won't find anywhere else. Many things are overpriced but I believe they are open to price haggling
variety of stuff from kitchen utensils to rugs, they sell very unique stuff with wholesale prices, employee were nice and friendly offered me water and soda and candy with great smile. I ended up buying a turkish bed set, kitchen spoons,knives, forks, and a very nice rug. I recommend it for everyone :
