Great store, with quality furniture. We have bought several items over the years, and have always been treated well and found exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend this furniture store. We even bought a bed that we did not like. Ron helped us find a better solution for us, with no problems with the exchange.
Me and my mother came in to solely browse furniture for a new house in Traverse City. The salesman, Chase, showed us great products and gave us amazing insight on the amish furniture to the point where our decision was made easily. We ended up getting a sofa and a couple of awesome swivel gliders. Very excited for the new pieces to make the home more comfortable!

Fenton Home Furnishings sells mainly higher end and high quality furnature. As you may expect, the prices are high. We purchased a Flexteel Paterson sofa and love seat. Emily the salesperson was helpful and patient in helping us find the best colors. Everything arrived much sooner than expected and the delivery personnel did an excellent job of getting the sofas in the house without doing any damage. They even offered to take the door out themselves if necessary. We will definitely come back again the next time we plan on buying more furniture.
WOW! We are very pleased with our new purchase of furniture! We shopped and found the perfect, high quality, Amish made in the USA, superior workmanship bedroom set. The assistant manager Emily was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. She was eager to help us find the set that met our needs and taste. The manager Ron worked with our budget and when our new furniture was delivered, the two gentleman that set everything up were positively wonderful! Thank you Fenton Home Furnishings! We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Fenton home furnishings and have always been very happy with the quality and the service. In our most recent purchase, we had made a mistake with a measurement and they very graciously let us modify our order.
Customer service is the worst!Ordered furniture and was told 8 weeks,then 10,12,then finally no eta so i canceled order. was more like 8-9 months and haven’t refunded my 1700$ deposit after a year and a half!What a joke now try trying to force me into buying new furniture try don’t have available so i can get my money back with in store credit
