I searched and met with over 10 drs for at least 2 years, domestic and abroad. Flores was my top choice, he gave me solutions no one else would. He fixed a 14 year old fibrosis issue no one else was willing to fix. My breast reduction and implant exchange was exactly as I expected. I’m very happy with my results. The team is lovely as well, surgery was very smooth because of the team, and the recovery as well. Anything else I’d plan to do cosmetically will definitely be with him. He’s also the sweetest, most caring and friendly Dr I have ever had.
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!! There is seriously not enough stars for Dr. Flores!! The best of the best in Miami! I had a complete mommy makeover and I can say that he did an outstanding job! He was heaven sent! I definitely felt nervous on my first appointment but he took the time and explained everything to my husband and I. Two weeks before surgery I did labs, they gave me all my surgery goodies and he gave me his personal number. I felt confident going into surgery and he always treated us like family. From beginning to end, Dr. Flores and his staff are so welcoming and he is a kind, caring and exceptional Doctor. Don’t hesitate to look any further, you will be in great hands. I know I was! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in the summer of 2020. Dr Flores was highly recommended and after interviewing a few surgeons I choose him as my Reconstructive plastic surgeon. I very recently completed my third surgery with Dr Flores and I could not be happier with his care and my results. Dr Flores always takes time to fully explain procedures and to listen to my concerns and questions. I’ve never waited very long in his office to see him and his staff are all very kind and caring. Dr. Flores’ compassion is very obvious and I always feel like I’m part of the “family”. I have recommend Dr. Flores numerous times and always will . Being diagnosed with breast cancer is such devastating news but Dr. Flores has helped to put me “back together”. Besides my breast surgeries I also had Dr. Flores perform liposuction on my stomach and sides and I was delighted with those results too. Whatever your medical concerns are please consider Dr. Flores and just like me, you’ll feel that you’re in good hands .
I cannot say enough about my experience with every member of the Flores practice. Dr. Flores has given me a level of confidence I have never had in 36 years of my life. He is a genuine human being, remembers your name and remembers the little details. From my consultation to my procedures to running into him in the hallways while heading to massage, he always greeted me, made me feel special and reaffirmed my decision to put my life in his hands. He is a medical professional of the highest quality and I would gladly do it all again. The ladies at the front were always welcoming and the massage staff was very attentive and helpful in my recovery - shout out to Maricielo for her amazing hands - the pain was well worth it when it came to the results. There are not enough words to express my gratitude with Dr Jaime Flores and his incredible staff. I have to say that I visited many clinics before making a decision, and I am so glad I chose him. From the minute entering the room approaching all my concerns with professionalism to the smooth recovery process I had, it was a wonderful experience. He is definitely one of a kind surgeon, he is not only knowledgeable, a perfectionist, and truthful with his job but he is also an incredible human being that genuinely cares for his patients. This world needs more people like him! I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery and will definitely continue recommending Dr Flores to all my friends and family members. Honestly, In the beginning Dr. Flores came off compassionate and very nice. However I also was given a different quote each time, the lady now in charge of the quotes does not seem genuine. I've been consulting with Flores Plastic Surgery a few times in result of me finally just not trusting them and deciding not to go forth with my surgery at this particular facility. Dr. Flores lost all my personal documents in regards to my previous surgery not plastic surgery and my MRI results for clearance was misplaced and in result I was basically told they may have thrown it out when doing "clearing house" and basically wasn't a big deal I can always go back to the original place for a replacement *sigh* I held unto that folder for years, now they lost it. Every month there's a variety of new employees which was always sketch to me. I just felt uncomfortable, Dr. Flores switches up the tone often as well as Venus switches up the quotes often. I also been told different results and etc. which he always blamed on his employees for transferring the wrong information.
From the moment of my 1st consultation with Dr. Flores, he was welcoming, comforting, reassuring but most importantly professional. He instantly answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision. I had two other consultation with two doctors in my area Palm Beach and though they were very nice, they were both trained by Dr. Flores. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Flores for my reconstruction surgery. He goes above and beyond his duties as a surgeon. He has so much love and compassion for his patients. I know Dr. Flores since 2013 and had all of my reconstruction surgeries with him including a recent one a week ago. I have seen bad reviews left and sometimes it may be due to a staff member but not him, he is great. Other times I see the lack of knowledge of the patient and they are quick to blame the doctor or staff. Please do your research and inform yourself on what to expect before and after any surgery. Prepare yourself with questions and concerns to ask Dr. Flores. With all that being said I am so happy with my results. Even my doctor's here in Palm Beach are in shock when I show them my reconstructed breasts. They look like normal/real breasts and the plus side was I got a tummy tuck out of it. YAY I Love you so much Dr. Flores thank you for restoring my body. May God bless you always so you may continue to help women feel and look beautiful.
Dr. Flores is very dedicated to his patients. He is a warm, caring and very professional doctor whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with during a very uncertain and scary time in my life. He has made me feel very safe and confident about my procedures. Having reconstructive surgery is never fun but knowing that Dr. Flores is by my side makes me feel very safe and I trust his work 100%. Dr. Flores and his staff are very warm and friendly and make you feel like a family member when you visit the office! You’re not just another number here! I feel like they genuinely care about me and my progress. Like I said having surgery could be a bit nerve wrecking at least for me, but with Dr Flores in charge you know you’re in good hands! I know that God works through him and I have faith in him and his team! The office is on the 8th floor of the building and there is street parking in front and back of the building.
Dr. Flores is not only a phenomenal surgeon but also a great human being. From the first consultation he made me feel secure and supported, he was always available to answer all my questions, and they were a lot. He told me he got me one thousand percent and he did, and I’ll be forever thankful. The recovery was so easy and painless just like he promised. His surgical team was amazing, the nurse who took care of me before and after surgery was very sweet and caring I can’t thank her enough. Thank you Dr. Flores and team for returning my confidence and make me feel youthful again.
My daughter and I both had an exceptional, amazing experience with Dr. Flores and his staff during our breast cancer reconstruction. Dr. Flores is caring, compassionate, and an excellent surgeon who makes you feel as if you have known him forever. He maintains his professionalism and addresses any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Dr. Flores’s office staff is also caring and they are continually striving to improve! I highly recommend Dr. Flores!
