I live in apts, already made a complaint, still putting other people mail in my mailbox. They even took out my name when they open my box up has my name, reads I'm only one who lives here. They removed it. Now I'm going higher. Their terrible, no respect.
No kiosk and not very well maintained as you can see from the pictures. Interestingly they close at 5:00, but the mail drop off inside is not collected until 5:50. Glad I took a chance and went inside to drop off a priority envelope that I needed out that same day. :- I gave them three stars because I feel USPS is a little bit of an under dog and the whipping boy for all of the other carriers.
Most rudest employees in South Florida! I was yelled at because I politely asked for a piece of tape not even 2 inches of tape needed I was told “if you need tape you buy it”. Hispanic female screamed at me “Out of hereeeee!”
I had a very pleasant experience with a smile. Michelle and Carlos at the counter. It was on a Thursday with my grandbaby Bella. Polite and informative of the best service for me.
Employees barely talk, no customer service, everything needs to be purchase even the tape roll... they dont speak spanish. Lady working there was rude with a senior customer that was In front of me and only spoke spanish
Had been coming here for a while, the employees are straight up RUDE. they have terrible attitudes and are just not nice people and they shouldn't be in customer service, let alone working at a govt facility. You ask to borrow a pen , they will tell you NO with an attitude but the next day you'll watch them lend it to someone else with a smile. And they will scold you if you forget something and ask to borrow it. I'm not sure if it's a race thing because I'm not the same race, or what it is but I dreaded having to come here. I am a small business owner and i asked them to specifically not cover up my business logo when putting on the shipping label, they just sucked their lips at me and did it anyways. They would just give me a hard time every time i came in. Now the really pretty Hispanic woman with the red hair and the new Hispanic guy they recently hired are super nice and helpful and they don't treat you like you're worthless. I would actually be treated with decency and respect when i came in after they were hired and I hadn't seen the other women at all after that. I don't know if they fired the other women but I hope they did because they were HORRIBLE.
Sorriest workers ever, these people didn’t even deliver mail yesterday smfh they also are known for putting mail in the wrong boxes and they tried to steal my packages on several occasions thinking I wouldn’t come down to the post office !!! This place needs better staff !!!!
Opens at 8:30 am all you hear is people laughing joking in the back while the line builds up. No one is at the front but you can hear employees gossiping in the background
Don’t not go to this post office they don’t deliver your package they will send you messages saying that your package is delayed or running late and you never receive your package
I love going to my post-office the ladies greet me by my name I tell jokes and they help me with fast and nice service, I love them girls. Give them a RAISE.
