The staff there are excellent and work extremely hard to make sure you receive all your mail and packages

This post office is small and therefore has different hours than any other post office. But when it is open, it barely works. I’ve been here on a two separate random occasions and their system doesn’t work or won’t load or whatever. The other time I came in asking for a receipt for prepaid labels and the person working the counter straight up told me they don’t usually give receipts a day after a holiday. I still asked for a receipt because the post office doesn’t have a good reputation for not damaging things. There was no one else in the lobby with me at the time I asked and by the time she was done scanning the 5 packages I had, there was still no one in the lobby. It’s your job to give me an acceptance receipt for dropping a package off and for paying for your service. If there was another post office within 30 minutes I would suggest going there. But as per usual with any post office, don’t expect top notch anything. I couldn’t possibly fathom how they are hemorrhaging money so much…

This post office is very good the two ladies working there make sure you get your mail even if it doesn't have your PO box number on it, they insure that you still get your package. They are so nice, this is why I can't understand why people giving them a bad or negative reviews, and all they do is greet you and help you out with kindness. I go there three times a week, and not one time have they spoke to me negatively or have I heard them speak to someone else that way....

In this Post Office there are two people working: A lady with white hair and a younger lady. If you are attended to by the younger woman, prepare to receive a rude conversation. This lady has a negative vibe and if you're in doubt about something prepares to get stressed because she hates being questioned. So you don't waste time don't go to this Post Office and look for another one if you don't want to get frustrated.

Is the 2nd time I visit this office and is been really bad customer service. I get there at 3:57 pm not knowing the closing hour. looking for a bag to mail a book, and my welcome from the lady was ma’am you need to be ready in 2 min because we are closing. I really believe this post office should invest in customer service training or move this lady to a position were she don’t interact with customers.

Post office itself is good, staff is friendly and it’s a nice place to receive mail.My biggest complaint is the very weird hours for receiving your big packages. Being open from 9:30-12 and 2-4 means a lot of people flat out can’t get there items and it’s a hassle at times.

Don't waste your time. I had a box that was already paid for, I just needed to drop it off. They have a drop box sufficient for envelopes only so my box was a little too big. The lady was shouting through the door that she couldn't take it it. It was 1 minute past closing and I didn't need to buy any postage. It was a simple drop off. Terrible customer service. I will never return there.

Love this post office. Though the hours are weird we adore the service and the ladies that work there. They do an amazing job, always courteous and nice. I refuse to go to any other post office.

You ask for something and the lady always says no in the first place ... she can never do anything until you insist, and she will, but after a no.  you waste your time and in the end she does.  she on several occasions she has told me that she cannot do something simple and that it is part of the trade itself.siempre un no en primer lugar‍

The little ignorant chick in the front was rude as hellll and this isn’t the first time she spoke with ignorance she has no respect she doesn’t smile she talks ignorantly she yells like if she’s the boss the manager just stands there she must be the managers daughter because that manager did nothing while she was being very disrespectful I held my composure!!!
