The senior ? postmaster was less than pleasant and was downright nasty and snappy at me. Asked her a simple question in a pleasant way and she just 'flew off the handle' at me. The others that work at the front desk are nice and friendly so maybe this one lady that was so nasty to me might have been having a bad day but that is never any way to talk to customers and she needs to seriously think about either 'changing her tune' or she should simply quit and find something else. This normally gives any business a black eye to talk to their clientelle like that because word gets around and that's never ever good for their reputation.

I left the post office in Inverness frustrated because of the rudeness of the postmaster. Went to Floral City USPS. Omg what a difference. I even spent more to ship the pkg then I really wanted to just because the lady was so much more pleasant and pleasing.

I've been unfortunate to pick days where the counter staff here have been very surly. And give the impression they would treat you less than favorably if you mentioned their indifference. I therefore swallowed my pride each time and took it like a man. After all this is where the the expression "Going Postal" originates. Not here at Floral City obviously, they are not that crazy. I hope my next visit will be more amenable, and I'm sure it will.

I like  our small post office It has been there for a very long time I was 5 when I came to floral city Florida now I’m 50 years old and my 2 boys grew up here and now my grand babies are growing up here my nanny worked there for years Hilda Hatcher It’s part of my family history

Great staff who are friendly and helpful. They make you love living in a small town.

Very disappointed with them, today I call to ask if they can find out what time my mail would get there so I can send out my package and she gave me attitude and said “I dunno” . She’s an idiot .

Small office but helpful. Busy mail times can be slow but usually good service.

I go there often. Great service and friendly staff.
