What a great experience. This arrangement was for my future after life ended. Mark Fatakhov was fabulous in every way. Not only did explain everything but answered questions that delved into the what if senerios that I proposed to him. He knows  his stuff and best of all he talks to you not at you. I would tell anyone and everyone about him. He explains the financial part of the contract as well as the details. He should be the poster guy for after life planning. Zei Gazunt  Mark.

Mark was courteous, helpful and clear. Pre-arranging for a family member was unexpectedly easy and quick. From phone call to completed contract in under an hour!

Dealing with the passing of a loved one is already difficult along with making funeral arrangements.  That being said, I have to say that Mark at Neshama made this unpleasant situation less stressful with the funeral arrangements.  We spoke to Rabbi Kopelman and Mark.  They were both very pleasant and guided us through the process.  The staff at Neshama came to the service and were so professional, kind, understanding and so respectful. I cannot rate Neshama JFS LLC more highly enough. They gave me a very fair price.  Everything was done with such care and professionalism. I felt like I was completely supported in my grief. This was during Hurricane  Ian and I never worried once worried about their planning. I recommend Neshama JFS LLC if ever you loose a loved one. Call them!

I used Neshama for my wifes arrangements. I spoke with Mark he went over everything with me. told me i could prepay if i wanted to to save myself some stress when the time came. When i knew she was near the end i called Mark and he took care of everything for me.That was the right decision. Everything went smoothly, everyone at Neshama were so kind and caring.
