In my time of extreme need, Kraeer Funeral Home, especially Hannah, was not only understanding and sympathetic but also kind and very helpful.  The services for my Beloved Husband, who passed suddenly, left me in a position of uncertainty and instability.  With their professionalism, kindness and understanding, I  was able to get through this most difficult and horrible experience.  The service was more than beautiful.  Everyone who attended was impressed with everything especially how my Husband looked.  I can not thank Kraeer's enough.

First and foremost I’d really like to thank Becky for the comfort and peace she has made this entire process for our family, she’s definitely Amazing at her job,  This location is beautiful, great layout, beautiful decor. I will say I was hesitant when I saw they didn’t have rows of chairs lined up like most places for guests, but after seeing the table and chairs set up it was perfect, allowing guests to leave stuff on the table while they mingle and pay their respects,  My family truly would love to thank you Becky and Kraeer for everything, can’t recommend this place enough

Exceptional team, exceptional service from start to finish. They were professional, but compassionate and paid careful attention to details that made a difference to the family. Everything went as well as it could, considering the situation. Thank you for making an emotionally difficult time a little easier.

Our family unfortunately had 2 funerals within 4 months for my parents and both times they exceeded our expectations. My mom looked as beautiful as she did when she was with us as well as my dad. It was a pleasure working with all the people at Kraeer in a unpleasant situation they totally made it a less stressful experience. All the rooms had the video slideshow playing and the detail of themed props they used for what there loves and likes were right on the mark they took the time to find out who they were and helped recreate there lives. We chose a dove release it was so beautiful and nice way to say goodbye  to my mom. I highly recommend to anyone to use Kraeer if you want your loved ones to be taken care of with love and care.

The staff at forest lawn was amazing and very caring. Claudia and Elizia helped me throughout the process. I am confident they will take great care of any services you need.

Wonderful from start to finish.  Long time clients.  I buried both my parents and everything was seamless and kind.  The place is beautifully decorated and calm.  People are so very kind.

We have been using Kraeer for a very long time now. As always, very pleased with our services they offer. It had been some time since we needed them thankfully but this time they did something new in the room and decorated it for us with all of our moms favorite things. It was completely unexpected and brought us to tears. Thank you Kraeer for first class service always.

The care, flexibility, coordination and arrangements were 5 star.  The staff was exceptional, responded quickly to numerous back and forth calls that we made as well as emails.  This included weekends and evenings. The viewing/wake was really well done, they created a decor that was reminiscent of my loved ones interest, passions and even favorite football teams! I cannot fault a thing from the viewing, to the in-facility prayer service, the photo montage, the church service nor the interment.  I will say that arrangements for a funeral are not cheap by any means, so please plan ahead to save your loved ones some expenses if at all possible. But I cannot say we did not get the service and more than we had hoped for and felt was appropriate for our loved one.  I highly recommend this beautiful facility and the caring gentle people at Forest Lawn in Pompano Beach.

On behalf of my entire family, we would like to say thank you to all for making our Mom’s service perfect in every way.  Shante, Cassidy, and the funeral staff yesterday and forgive me as I don’t remember their names were so kind, caring, sympathetic and accommodating to all of our needs!  Bless you all.
