We want to thank James Bullinger so much for his time and all of his help. He's the best! Ask for him! Everyone at Florida Memorial has been wonderful since that tragic day in 1985 and we sure appreciate everything they do. Everything looks so nice and I just think that it is a beautiful cemetery and it's nice to have wonderful people helping us. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Florida Memorial Gardens and James Bullinger for pre-planning and all of your needs.

There was an issue caused by an employee who no longer works there, but James Bullinger helped resolve it quickly and effectively. He is so awesome !!! That’s living up to the Dignity promise. I appreciate and recommend him! He went above and beyond what was expected! Thank you James!

I concur with others here that the funeral director Paul Hope and the entire Florida Memorial Gardens team were beyond excellent. Compassionate, caring efficient, and effective ... we could not have hoped for better during this difficult time.

I lost both of my parents in a 4 month period in 2022. The folks at Florida Memorial Services were great. For both services they were professional, empathetic and terrific to work with during such an emotional time. I recently interned my brother at Florida Memorial gardens. James Bullinger worked me and made the experience very pleasant and stress free. I hope I not need James again soon. I highly recommend the services offered by Florida Memorial Garden. They are a blessing to us all.

Florida memorial Gardens handled every aspect of my Mothers funeral recently. Even though we had Hurricane Ian bearing down on us and had to cancel and reschedule our service by a few days, they were professional and compassionate. I highly recommend them if the need arises for their services.

Let me start by saying that our family was very impressed by the facility's cleanliness and overall appearance. The staff's attentiveness to every detail and their eagerness to accommodate our family and guests was exemplary. Furthermore, the display of our loved one's personal items was picturesque of the life he lived. I have never in my entire life seen a display that told the story and made you feel like his spirit was there with you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all that were a part of our celebration of life. In closing, I would like to add a personal Thank you to Sharon Mitchell Harvey for always going above and beyond to make sure things are perfectly in place.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Jackie and Paul have been nothing but amazing! They listened to every detail we gave, the support they showed was heartwarming, they went the extra mile every opportunity they could, they made heart breaking decisions as easy as possible, the service was the best I have ever been to, the whole staff was so kind and respectful! We are so thankful for everything you guys have done and continue to do to for us more then we could ever express. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My mother passed away on December 3,2022 at Vitas ipu. We told by a staff member that they use Florida memorial gardens. Now mind you we are from out of town and my mother lived here in Florida. Anyway they were called and we had spoken to Russell and he was giving us his pitch. Now this is what he said to my husband and I. Out of the respect of the deceased and the family we will come and bring her body over here with us. He was then asked is there a fee. He assured us that it wasn’t. He stated that even if we went with someone else there would not be any charges. But that was a lie. So we got a phone call from Michael who we ask the same question and he too stated that it wouldn’t be a charge if we decided to go with someone else. They tried to charge us $800 for them to release my mothers body. They are liars and there word is no good. I don’t even live in Florida but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This place hustles people. If we would have known that they were going to charge that kind of money, we wouldn’t have let them take my mother. But we didn’t know. We went off of what the front desk nurse told us. But we went with another funeral home and ther are wonderful. Thank you Florida Memorial Gardens for helping us make up our minds to go elsewhere and not use y’all. Thanks

My husband passed July 9,2021 I had him cremated. In Dec2021 I went to Rocklegde memorial Gardens to arrange his burial. I paid in full for everything. 1 week before services I heard from them. 2days before service I was told they still did not have the items needed for the headstone. I should have been notified much earlier. Have not been contacted at any other point. Felt very rushed the day of his service. The person they sent kept asking if we were going to start yet. The service was to start at 2pm and I did not start until 2. Even though he asked me 3 different times if we could start now I only got there 15 minutes early and the man never introduced himself to me I had no idea who he was.
