The 22nd Annual Florida Scallop & Music Festival will be held on October 5th and 6th hosted by The Haughty Heron, Gulf County Chamber of Commerce, FTH/CB Sound and From The Heart. It will feature entertainment, food ,spirits and arts and crafts vendors.
The bay scallop is found in large numbers in the coastal waters north and west of the Suwannee River, mainly near Steinhatchee and St. Joseph Bay. The Florida Scallop & Music Festival is held in downtown Port St. Joe, on Florida’s beautiful “Forgotten Coast” in Gulf County. Port St. Joe is located on Florida’s Panhandle, approximately 35 miles southeast of Panama City.
