Our goal is to provide pro-bono legal assistance as possible to low-income U.S. Veterans living in Southwest Florida, who have been Honorably Discharged.
The goal of the Legal Aid Services for U.S. Veterans, is to try to provide basic pro-bono legal assistance to veterans that have not qualified for any other Legal Aid Services program.
This pro-bono service provides basic legal services in areas such as wage garnishment, defense of evictions, refund of security deposits, etc.
We do not file lawsuits, we do not provide any legal services in the areas of Personal Injury, Probate, Guardianship, Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Rights discrimination, Social Security benefits, or general litigation issues.
We only provide free legal services. We DO NOT provide any kind of financial assistance.
