Flowers funeral home provided exceptional services to our family. Joanna and Mark were incredible. They were compassionate and understanding of the pain our family was going through due to the untimely passing of our 28 year old baby brother. I highly recommend their services.
I must say that I was so unhappy with this funeral home.The level of compassion was not there. The attitude on the face of Joanne and the owner were noticeable a mile away did not feel comfortable at all and when we left to follow the Hurst, he did not wait for the family to line up to follow the casket and also was speeding, as if to be in a race when we finally got to the cemetery we were given an attitude that was not appreciated. I do not recommend this funeral home. My beautiful 28 year old baby boy cousin is resting in peace finally but if you are thinking of using this funeral home double think it , because I am not the only one that felt that way and also the remembrance cards were missed printed and a lot of misspelled words, as if they did not take the time to over look and make sure everything was correct. Horrible…
Our experience with Flower was exceptional. Our Mom wanted a traditional service and the family wanted the song Edelweiss played at the church. Joann made it happen despite the rules prohibiting a non religious song at the church. In addition, Mom was to be interred in Florida but Hurricane Ian interrupted that plan several times. Joanne and Anthony worked diligently coordinating with the airlines and the funeral home in Florida. Anthony and Joann were so kind and comforting throughout. They made Mom’s send off very special! Our family is so grateful to them both.

Mark Flower is an exceptional funeral director, my husband passed away and Mark helped me go through the process of laying him to rest in this difficult time, in the most professional, compassionate manner, with attention to details and my feelings. My family was recommended 3 funeral homes from the hospital. I did some research and based on reviews and pictures this place Flower Funeral was for me. The customer service, professionalism and kindness of Mr. Flower, Joanne, Mark and the other men that service my father’s wake and funeral were absolutely great! Thank you all for making this process so seamless as we mourn our father. I would definetly recommend Flower Funeral Home. Thank you for the great service we are so gracious.
Anthony was extremely supportive and helpful when my sister passed away. He and his son made the process so much easier for my family and myself. We live quite a distance from the funeral parlor and his professionalism and understanding were a true comfort in our time of loss.
Words cannot begin to express my gratitude to Mr. Flower, Joanne and Mark for being most compassionate and supportive during the funeral arrangements in April 18, of my late husband. Joanne and Mark understood my specific requirements and ensured every step from picking up his body at home to the delivery of his ashes was carried out in the most professional manner. I love the Flower Funeral home and was able to visit on my last trip to New York. The owner Anthony and his staff, Joanne and Mark, were very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing funeral arrangements. They are compassionate, supportive and all around wonderful.
