Flowers at Hilltop

Being married for 11 years, I'm no stranger to a floral shop. They made a spectacular bouquet for my wife's and my anniversary this year. Friendly and informative florists and the quality of the product was great.

***Update*** Becka was very polite and understanding of my situation and sent out a new order of Sunflowers the next day. I have updated my review to reflect the actions taken by Flowers at Hilltop and will continue to order from them for future floral needs. I ordered these flowers while away from home for my wife to surprise her. I specifically added in the notes section to NOT deliver between certain times because I knew she would not be there to receive. Of course they delivered smack dab in between the times I told not to hour and a half window, wasn’t too much to ask I don’t think. That is only part of my review, the other is that the sunflowers wilted in only a matter of 2 days…2 days! When we received them they looked like they never looked bloomed, which is unfortunate because I paid for the “premium” bouquet for specifically the best flowers. Dissatisfied is saying it lightly, would not use them again or recommend to my fellow military members in the area.

We were beyond thrilled with the boutonnieres, wristlets, and bouquets we recieved from Flowers at Hilltop. I had a very specific vision for the color scheme and type of flowers we wanted used in our arrangements, and the owner and her team kindly helped me build my vision from the ground up, helping me choose flowers that were covid supply-chain proof, long lasting, and different from the average rose. My bouquet was SO much bigger and lusher than expected, even my wedding planner gasped when it came out of the box. Exceptionally reasonable pricing and excellent service make them my first pick for any flower needs!

Krista and the staff was so great! They prepared a bridal bouquet for our ceremony. They took extra attention to my photos of bouquet ideas I liked and made it come to life! Great pricing, customer service, and pick up experience! Highly recommend for good quality and attention to detail.

I got my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and bouts from Hilltop and I can’t say enough about how much I loved them! They are very talented and our flowers for the wedding were absolutely gorgeous!

Looking back at my experience I've learned a lot but cant say that I would come back to Flower at Hilltop. While I recognize the disclaimer and that there are no "TRUE" flower colors the staff could have been better at guiding me through my decision to help the vision for my wedding day be perfect. The colors in my bridal bouquet came out much more orange due to champagne spray roses that presented stronger than what they hoped. Unfortunately I haven't received images of my bridesmaids bouquets but those were incorrect as well. I asked for greenery with light flowers and received full floral bouquets with minimal greenery. No one is saying they weren't beautiful arrangements just not what I asked for. They arrived late and at that point there wasn't any time to make adjustments to the bouquets. I get that flowers are a gamble but those bouquets look extremely different and I simply didn't get the overall experience I hoped for.

I ordered the pink florist’s choice arrangement and chocolates for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day, and they came out awesome! Incredibly happy with them!

Excellent Service I was very pleased with my recent experience with Flowers At Hilltop. I live out of state and had some hesitancy placing an order with a company in another state that I found online. The ordering process was very easy and the next morning I received a call confirming my order and asked if some flower substitutions would be acceptable. When the recipient was not available to receive delivery, I was called and asked if leaving the bouquet at the door was acceptable. I really appreciated that extra step to ensure satisfaction of service! The recipient was brought to tears by the beauty of the bouquet. They were so impressed that they stated they had not used Flowers At Hilltop but because of the quality of this bouquet they will use Flowers At Hilltop in the future.
