This is an unreliable, unprofessional business that isn't customer service oriented. All in all, the birthday surprise was ruined and it was a nightmare to get in contact with the business. Flowers were ordered for a birthday, and not delivered. The shop did not contact the customers to let them know of the delay or to offer a refund/ solution. I tried to call the shop and the online customer service, and didn't get a response until the third day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered. Apparently a truck was broken down. Flowers are ordered for a specific time, not to be delivered whenever is convenient for the owner. There should be back up plans in place to fulfill orders, such as renting a u-haul or at the very least contacting the customers. Having to ask the birthday flower recipient if they got their flowers was embarrassing, and then not being able to not get in contact with the shop caused frustration. This is an unreliable business and should be avoided for deliveries.
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend as an early valentine gift. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. Needless to say, I'm pretty upset. I don't know if it's because it's the day prior to Valentine's Day. But I can honestly say, I've never been so disappointed.
Went on line. Wasn't 1st choice. Looked for florist on great neck. Couldn't find. Remembered seeing since we drive Va Beach blvd frequently. WILL NOT FOGET MY EXPERIENCE. 5 STARS AND THEN SOME. I WATCHED AN ARTIST ARRAGE A BOUQUET FOR OUR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY. THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS CARNATIONS AND GORGEOUS WHEN COMPLETED AND IN ONLY 15 MINUTES WITH A PRICE BETTER THAN ANY MAJOR STORE FLORAL DEPT. THANK YOU NATALIE FROM JAY AND VITALINE
