Flowing Well Park
"This 15-acre park was established in 1983, and park goers have frequented it ever since. Most visitors bring their empty water jugs to fill up at the “Old Faithful” artesian well, which was discovered back in the 1800s. Others come to enjoy the mile-long trail that wraps itself through the woods and provides numerous educational spots to learn about nature. Cool Creek winds throughout the park and is a great area to fish or take the kids creek stomping.Visitors come from all around the state to enjoy the wonders of Flowing Well Park."

I used to come here to fill water with my grandfather. The park has grown quite a bit! There are nice easy walking trails. A stream for dogs or children to play in. There are large clean restrooms and a filters water refil fountain. There is a covered picnic area. I personally would not drink the water because of the posted sanitation warnings. There was also a very distinct smell of well water. Overall the park I very pleasant.
You can never go wrong with the best water in the state. The underground artesian well has been flowing for a very long time and with the updated filtration systems it’s even better. The park itself is small but there are good trails, nice bridges, small shelter and clean bathrooms. Hidden gem.
What a beautiful place for taking a walk. The shallow creek bed makes a great place to bring your kids for playing in the water. Bring buckets and nets for the kids to play in the creek bed. Also, check out the cool water of the well. People can bring water containers and fill them up for free. A++ place to visit.
This is one of our family's favorite parks to walk around and explore. The stream and flowing well are such wonderful healing waters. I highly recommend getting your water here for the household. It's the cleanest I have tasted in Indiana. We also enjoy picking up trash each time we are here.
This is a nice family park. You can take walks on paths, enjoy nature and Quiche your thirst with freshly tested water right from the well. You can wade in the creek. This park is a great place to really get out and enjoy the outdoors. Don't forget to bring your jugs to fill with water.
probably the best local park there is. Great for kids and adults. Offers a clean water supply for anyone without a price. creek is cool and fun for kids to enjoy. Used to be better before they changed the sides of the creek to stones.
Beautiful location, a great place to cool off on a warm day. New rocks had recently been put in the river causing lots of loose gravel to get into all of our sandals which was very uncomfortable. The water from the well is very clean and crisp!
Great park for hiking and creek stomping. Trees are very nice but the paths are a little narrow unless you’re just going to the creek. The well is very pretty though with the flowers in bloom, we enjoyed our time here and would be back since we live nearby
A very relaxing and quiet place. Enjoying the water flow from the well until today with the help of the motor powers is interesting. You can also take some water to drink with some recommendations posted over there of boiling it before drinking.
Recent renovations make this park a much nicer experience. With the well to fill your water bottle my only complaint would be the overall size. A few laps instead of 1 is necessary if you're trying to go any distance.
