It is not clear what prevented the snow from being removed before it turned into ice hummocks, but on January 22, trucks got stuck in the parking lot, they were able to leave the ice pits only with outside help. Walking in the truck parking lot was a separate circus attraction, with the risk of injury.

I wish I could give this place 1 ... I did not use the gas station. We specifically stopped at  this place to get food at the Denny's restaurant inside. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated. The waitress on duty seemed to be the only one there. Upon seating us she took our drink order. Came back with drinks. And stated she would be back after her break.. that she needed to go smoke a cigarette. We assumed someone else would take over...wrong!! While sitting there questioning where she could have went ... We started questioning them  handling our food! 10 minutes later we decided to leave. Upon leaving we noticed she was outside standing at a  trucker's truck in the lot laughing and joking with truck drivers. Now  I don't mind  someone went on their break... but you seated customers. And then you left the restaurant completely unattended... unacceptable. You totally lost my business today and I will not be stopping at this Flying J when passing through ever again. The lack of care for patrons was terrible service. Not what I expected.. nor seen at any Flying J. Where is management??? Save yourself the trouble...go elsewhere!

It's kind of awkward when you're in line to grab your fuel receipt / buy food and the employees are bad mouthing truck drivers and their own management, quite loudly, while also barely keeping the line of customers moving because they're so upset. It was honestly an unnerving experience.  To add insult to injury, after checking out, I used the restroom, and I don't think they even try to maintain the restrooms.  This is not a good location / rest area and will not return.  I'd advise other travelers to avoid this location unless you absolutely need to layover for the night, otherwise, this location offers no comforts and is disgusting/bad service.  I'd give less than 1 star if I could.  0/5

Absolutely Horrible!! Management- you already know - so fix it! People were literally slip sliding & falling in the parking lot, and a rig was stuck in a massive hidden, water filled crater in the lot. This has been like this for years now. Nasty place & obviously cannot keep up with it. Avoid if you can get to the next “safe” & clean place. Truckers deserve better than this. I’m not exaggerating  when I state that this place is disgusting & the lot is worse than riding on a bad bumpy highway. Should be closed down for repairs . You are risking tearing up your rig & paying for a tow if you get stuck in the craters as this guy had too in the pic.  Read other reviews- same thing . I don’t know who owns these places, but they obviously don’t care about the drivers & the money they are dropping in your store! Treat drivers better & without all these extra hassles  & expenses! I see big time law suits . Plow your lots !  Wish there was an option for zero stars.

Good sized parking lot. Nice food choices and fresh pizza/wings. Found teeny tiny worms in the bathroom which means it's been a very long time since they cleaned the bathrooms properly. Also, hair from questionable places on strangers everywhere sink, toilet, counter, shower, floor. Not a single fragrance of cleaning product. I do not recommend coming here for that reason. Their faucets and toilets could have crawlies next time you decide to use them

Older gentleman at the register was pretty cool and talkative. If I were rating him, he'd get 5   The girl with the dirty blonde hair, and tattoo on her neck? She earned 1  Twice today I'd gone in and she knew I was in line to pay. As I stepped to the counter, she gave me a dirty look and walked away. Both times. Very rude and unwelcoming. Not exactly a person that Flying J should put in a uniform. Something should be done about people of that caliber. This and possibly other complaints should be addressed to corporate. I'm fact I believe I will. 9/7/23 @ 835 pm.

RV dump/fill station is great. Easy in and out. Need to go inside to pay $10 - June 2023 and they’ll give you a receipt with a code to open the cap.  Didn’t fill diesel but has a lot of lanes 10-11 that looked to be moving quickly.  Store was very clean, many options for food. Had the jumbo bkfst burritos - they were fresh and tasted great.

The rows of truck parking are too close together, drivers struggle to get in and out without hitting other trucks. There is trash EVERYWHERE. The women's restroom was disgusting. Was going to shower here, but after seeing other reviews being confirmed, thought better of it. Y'all need to step up your game. This entire chain has gone downhill. I went across the street to Love's to shower. How come they can get it right, but y'all can't?

The store refuses to get rid of some of the snow make drivers pay for parking when interstate is closed trucks sliding around nearly killing people and state even if they are just fueling and parking again that they are not at fault even though they yet to get the main drive plowed because there is to many trucks in the lot. And you can barely turn your truck let alone pull forward and reverse to prevent tires from freezing from ice forming when sitting so long. Then the manager and employees during the day sit and laugh in your face due to you having to pay for parking in this event and then you fall even walking up the sidewalk due to poor maintenance. So what every truck driver has been told today was we don't care when it even comes to cleaning the bathrooms and showers. If I could rate -10 stars on this truck stop I would. I been stuck 3 days here payed parking due to storm and it's the most disgusting facility I've ever had to sit at regardless of weather situations.
