Made a stop here to shower. Also got some post cards and Nebraska magnet for the refrigerator collection. Staff was helpful and friendly even at midnight. The food and snacks were well stocked even though I didn't need anything.
Always good prices on gas. This Loves had a friendly staff and clean bathrooms as all Loves normally do. Zero complaints about my pitstop parking is slightly limited but never the less I would recommend people stopping by here if traveling on the road. Stay safe!
I really wish I didn't have to give them any stars. I asked them if they could help me change my generator oil on my bus. The guy said they don't know how to change oil. And the mechanic was new and didn't know how to change oil. I'm an old woman. I can't change my oil on my generator so I just want to say thanks. Loves for having a bunch of idiots at work at North Platte Nebraska loves.
I was in shower 1. There is no cold water in there which means there is no water pressure. What you end up with is scaling HOT water straight out of the water heater no matter how you try to adjust the handle. I dont know if they shut off the cold water in there purposely or if the posi-temp valve is faulty, regardless it was a very tedious process to take a shower trying not to burn my skin.
On July 12th 2023 stop to take a lunch break, went in to subway to get a sandwich and ordered the outlaw, also said I wanted all the normal vegetables, the girl making my order then stated that they make the sandwich te way it is listed on the menu board and if I wanted vegetables I would have to pay extra because then it would be a custom sandwich, I then stated that I have never had that happen at a subway in loves before she then proceeded to argue with me and said that this was loves policy I paid extra and then went to a store Manager and she stated the same policy and said it had been in effect 2 months since then I have been to 4 different loves and ordered same thing and not once told this. I will never stop at this loves again worst customer service ever!!!!!!!
Always have a good supply of fresh fruit. Salads are pretty good also. People are always friendly. Wish I could say more buy everyone has-been to a Loves.
Store great how ever shop manager worthless. Sit all day to get tire fixed and won't hold the parking spot driver is in to get tire replaced. Driver has 15 mins on 14 hr clock parking lot full. Driver told manager if spot gets taken the he will have to find a spot to park. Manarefused to do service and told driver to leave. Unperfe unprofessional and don't care about customers satisfaction.
Big easy in and out with the fifth wheel, cleanish restrooms.
Good truck stop, good facilities, not many parking spots but you will find one for sure. Showers and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. They even have a McDonalds and Subway onsite.
Don't use the mcdonalds app at this location. I showed up to some lady digging in my bag, while the employee just stood there. I guess they both don't know how to see a peace of paper that has the order number on it.
