This place is ridiculous. Bobtails ate causing a traffic jam in the parking lot because they want to park in a no parking zone. I have already called the store to see if they could send someone outside to make the trucks move, but all he did was come look and seen them there and said nothing. Now they have even bigger problems in their parking lot. Horrible customer service here smh.
So I am not happy my best friend who is stuck stranded over by that way well last month they said it was fine if she stays around because she always stays by 24 hour places to be safe and she's not from the area one day as shes using the restroom the lady with red hair light skinned black woman walked in the bathroom opened the door up to my friends stall screaming at her for no reason while my friend is peeing in the stall so then my friend is changing her shirt after she was done the lady again opens the stall up and the short black guy bald dude security the lady told him to come in she says "ma'am I'm not dressed" then my friend begans to cry and next thing you know the whole staff threatens to jump her including the GM so my friend calls the police on them and customers who seen it happen went over to talk to my friend even employees that's weren't involved was going to talk to her brought her food and etc and said that wasn't right for them to do all she did was charge her phone at the Wendy's and wash her clothes and shower when she had the money too the fact the gm was there and was letting her and his employees act like this and he jumped in too with calling my friend names and threatening her for no reason we have went to corporate about this matter
I just came out of here and the Employees are Nice, Kind and Courteous people. I will be coming back here again but the only reason I can't give them 5 Stars is cause I'm number 21 in line for a shower and I was told I'll have to wait atleast 2 to 3 hours to get a shower. There's only one person backnthere to handle the showers. That Truly don't make any sense to me. In My Opinion, they should always have 2 to 3 people to handle the front and 2 people to handle the showers, depends on how big and how busy the truck stop is...
Horrible. Staff does not have any courtesy. 11:30 pm and it was very busy. Only slices of old old old undercooked pizza was left. I asked if they can make a new one. They said this must sell before we put out a new one. I was starving and nothing was near by so I tried to eat it. I complained to the manager and boyyyyy did I get the worst attitude. Pilot and flying J makes over $21 billion in annual revenue but they don’t care to spend money on training their employees on. how to treat a loyal customer. I should be taking my hard earned money somewhere else.

The staff here doesnt care if you are waiting for a shower they are too busy socializing with each other to clean them. The pizza is not cooked properly. The laundry room looks like its never been cleaned since the machines were installed. The Wendys gave me food poisoning. This place is a joke! update finally got a shower after waiting 3 hours and fan is missing and plumbing issue on shower. Room is humid and damp due to missing fan.
Would give more stars but here is my review If truck stop had extra 5 showers I think that can eliminate the sometimes few hour wait lines. Wish they would let us sprinter vans park over night cause we have the same job as truckers but just different vehicles. So far coming here all the employees I encountered have been good to me never had a issue . Coffee area is good most of the time. Place is overall clean. Men's bathroom is one of the newer nicer ones with lots of toilets and urinals. For cali I consider this one ,one of the best truck stops for this state cause cali usually sucks big time compared to the other states
I know most of us drivers like a spot where we can get something to eat, drink take a shower and wash our clothes because the truth of the matter is if your a driver you won't be able to change your clothes or shower for another two to three days and that is fine because the next flying j I pull up to will always get the job done for my travel purposes. Thank you flying j for your hospitality. Btw there's awesome guy name Brian along with his fellow employees. Thanks you guys for accommodating me with my travel gear.
Welcome to Mexifornia. This sheet hole is straight up Tijuana. Everyone speaks every language EXCEPT English. They park and drive like the third world country California has become. No wonder the staff inside hates truckers
The Wendy’s here at the Flying J truck stop in Fontana, CA sucks. I asked for Chili. This is not chili. It’s too runny/watery, does NOT even taste like chili. It’s disgusting. And I’m not sorry for saying this. Learn to make Chili the right way or take it off the menu.
