So as always the place has everything you need from food and drink items to stuff for your cars or trucks. The lady working the counter today was so friendly and happy. It is always nice to see that when you walk into a place of business. They sell ice, have propane and the restrooms are very clean and well the views are nice as well of the mountains

Trucker Life! Stopped by to take my  30 minute break. This is a perfect location to take a break since I'm halfway to Sacramento coming from Portland. Restrooms a decent, there's food to grab and also Cinnabon and Subway. Driver's lounge is available, showers as well. All in all not a bad  place to stop by.

We stayed overnight in our motorhome while traveling through on I-5. Pretty busy, but also quiet. Got Cinnabon cinnamon rolls in the morning, bought some souvenirs and snacks for the road, and had excellent customer service. Beautiful view of Mt. Shasta!

This is a great Pilot stop in beautiful Weed California overlooking Mount Shasta. Easy in and out and the staff is friendly. Also pretty much the last gas stop before Yreka if your heading North which isn't the best for larger rigs. Then you have to hit Medford Oregon.

Even though this is a small Pilot, it has a decent parking lot and to my surprise, almost at midnight there were parking spots.. Linda was great, I loved her personality.. also Lea in Subway was great as well.. I will definitely be back if I come into this area again!

The Pilot in Weed CA is an awesome stop.  We always stop here for gas when traveling between Las Vegas NV and Port Orford OR.  This trip we did not go in as we were staying in a hotel at this exit.  The Gas pumps are nice and they always print my receipt.   He prices are very competitive.  What I did notice that was new is the extra long window washer.  It is AWESOME!  You can clean you entire window from one side.  Thanks Pilot.

I bought chains because they we were told we needed them to get over the pass. We didn’t end up needing them thankfully because the set I got didn’t even end up coming with the tool needed to tighten them.. when I was going back through town I stopped by again to return the $86 chains and they said there’s no returns for them even though I had the receipt and they were unopened. Very unprofessional and cheap of them. Trying to take advantage of customers in stressful situations by selling them overpriced chains and not allowing them to be returned with the receipt and unopened. Any other business would let you return them if you didn’t use them. But no, not pilot. Talk about a place run by a bunch of greedy little goblins.

Showers are horrible.Goes super boiling hot then cold. Tried to get a refund but apparently no because i used it. How I'm a supposed to know it was going to do that once I'm naked inside already. The lady who denied me was extremely rude. Funny because they clearly have a sign on the door inside that says if your shower experience is not good to let them know. I will be contacting corporate since they want to deny me my money back. Completely fraud and scam. Seems like all the workers here are miserable, rude Karen's. Go elsewhere to shower.

Horrible nightmare experience. Their pump did not automatically shut off when my tank was full. I had ran inside for a quick bathroom break, and came out to a $200 charge and gas overflowing and spilled all over the side of my car & the ground. The attendant claimed this was MY FAULT and did nothing to help. Rude, nasty, and condescending to boot. WATCH OUT if you have to stop here!! Better yet, avoid at all costs!

Long time since the last time I was here and believe me that this place is clean and the people is very friendly and a plus for this place is the chicken wins are delicious cook to perfection crispy big and just delicious not greasy, let me tell you something, I’ve been on the road for over 10 years and this is the best chicken wings that I’ve ever tasted and is just my opinion, hope you find this place as great as I did and you guys keep it this way, iam so happy
