Folcroft Family Practice

Until today I used to love coming to this Dr. office. I’ve been coming for years now and recommended a lot of family and friends to come as well. Danielle the receptionist is rude and highly unprofessional to the point that I will no longer return there and I am in the process of finding a new primary care physician. I loved Dr.Hannah she is super sweet and takes the time to listen to your concerns but I can’t deal with disrespectful receptionists as the first thing I see as I walk in the office.

So far so good. Was looking for a new primary And struggle to find A place with availability not too far out that also didn’t have bad reviews as I was researching. This office looks very clean and seemed very well organized with everyone working there being professional, respectful with a smile. Dr.Hannan seems great and I strongly feel that she takes pride in what she does and values her patients, I think I lucked up with this office.

Very Unprofessional! Set up an appointment just for me to get here to be told I can’t be seen & that my name was never put down. Even had the staff confirm that I received a call from this exact office . To still be told I can’t be seen .

I love this Family Medicine. I have been attending this practice for over 30 some years. This group of office staff and I know there is at least one Doctor is still there was originated from Dr Brooks office which was located on Delmar Drive in Folcroft, Pa.. All I can say is that I would recommend this Office to anyone and everyone. Office is very clean very update with their technology. 5 stars in my book..

Wow, absolutely horrible. I had this place selected as my primary care provider and I made an Emergency Room visit due to some heart problems. Unbeknown to me the Hospital had called and scheduled me an appointment back in 2016 and I didn't show due too of course, not knowing I had an appointment. Fast forward to 2017 and I called to schedule an appointment mind you, never been to this place. I was told since I had no showed for the appointment back in 2016 they wouldn't see me and said I had to go somewhere else. I wouldn't not recommend them to any one they seem incredibly inflexible.

Was there for starting myself on birth control which is covered 100% by my insurance - Aetna. However, the doctor submitted the wrong ICD, which led to them charging me extra. My insurance company has tried to contact the office for months and yet, no response. Please aware of this scam. The doctor is Dr. Allison Hannan. Please do not come to this place. Take your business to other office, where people truly care about patient's well-being. Do not recommend this place at all

Dr. Viroja is awesome. I feel that she really takes the time to listen, and then explains and diagnoses with true care and expertise. I trust her implicitly and have recommended her and Family Practice at Sharon to others.

Worst drs office ever. The people who answer the phone are the worst. My husband was in the er over the weekend and told to follow up with a dr. Call the drs office today and they told him to.go to er but hes not having symptoms. Very incompetant staff. He went to.urgent care and got better care there

I've had nothing but very positive experiences with this practice. The staff is nothing but helpful, and the two different doctors I've seen were great. I'm really happy they are my PCP.
