I’m only giving two stars because two of the cashiers are generally pleasant. Other wise it would be one. Another cashier of the not so pleasant variety harassed me all around the store one day. She even put her hands on me. This was during the height of pandemic. The pharmacist there is rude and has a generally nasty disposition. I feel uncomfortable every time he is at the pharmacy window. I am going to change pharmacies.
Pharmacy staff are kind and professional. I’ve had two sets of vaccines here and its been nothing but a positive experience.
I was in Rite Aid Chester Pike Glenolden, today. I'm giving a review. The person at the counter was deep in side her telephone. No greeting. There was someone stocking shelves. The whole aisle was a cluttered hazard, obstacle course.. I took the time to bring this up because this is not the first time.
The pharmacy department technicians need a little customer service training. Had a prescription they told me I cannot get filled but could not really tell me why. They said the company doesn't make it any more. Called another rite aid out of town, all they had to do is make a phone call. they discovered it because they were at least willing to take the time to find out what exactly happened since I had previously gotten it filled. I got what I needed. In addition to, at two separate times my medication name was called out to to me for confirmation instead of asking me which medication I was looking to get filled. I wonder if that is a HIPAA violation.
Worst pharmacy ever , don’t try calling because they won’t answer, save yourself some aggravation and go anywhere but here. I switched to acme and I’m so glad I did
Needed to get some mother day cards and marlon was such a great help his customer service was the best and he was so knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back if i need more photos done
Place is a joke just like the website. Try to get a vaccine and they tell me i cant get one. Heart disease diabetic high blood pressure i guess i need to be on my death bed
They were calling my name and making fun of it, the lady’s name was Andrea, and the males name was Oliver. ADRESS THIS I DEMAND!
Devon is the best. Kind workers there.
Maybe you should have a sense of humor with a name like Teacup Yorkshire. Lighten up!
