Will NEVER EVER order from food dudes again. I have given them three chances and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME it is at least two hours after ordering that the food is delivered. You call and they will tell you the driver is waiting at the restaurant for the food. Call the restaurant and they will tell you no driver is there or has picked up the order. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS.
Would rate 0 stars if I could. 2 hours for delivery after lied to multiple times about status of driver and food. Then charged additional charges on card after with no good explanation. Company are theives and liars. Filing complaint with card company and whover else I can. Should have went with a reputable delivery company. Lesson learned.
If Zero stars were available, they would receive it. Ordered food and it took them over an hour to send it to the restaurant. The food then sat at the restaurant for 30 minutes before being picked up. From the time of the order to now, over two hours. Still, no food and they have my money. Maybe I better have a Snickers. Very hangry. Will never use this service again.
Placed an order for delivery 2 and a half hours ago, with no communication from either the delivery service or the driver. Called the restaurant who stated the order was picked up, another hour and no word, called the service back and they believed we were picking it up after paying the delivery fee and tip. 2 plus hours, no food, cancelled the order. The order was paid through them and they advised to seek refund from the restaurant.
Would be negative review but it wont let me. Ordered food and after waiting over an hour they forget part of my order and then cant get it cause the restaurant closed. Wouldn't be so bad if the driver didnt try to argue with me about what was ordered.
This is a joke right?! I get an update saying it’s going to be 60-90 min late, and then a second update saying an additional 45 minutes?! I’m due a refund. This is absolutely abysmal.
Takes forever to deliver, does not update on times when arriving. just use doordash.
The app deletes items out of your cart! Be very very careful ordering. Super frustrated and still hungry. Buyer beware I guess
food never came, they texted me over an hour later saying they cancelled my order
I ordered my food for lunch and it came quicker than it said. Dan was very nice
