Food for Living's mission is to create ultimate wellness while benefiting the environment and reducing animal suffering by emphasizing delicious, healthy, plant-based foods. I don't try to get people to become vegan (even though that wouldn't be a bad thing), but to simply get people to increase plant foods in their diet.
Most people know they need to eat more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans and legumes and other plant-foods. But often they don't know how to shop for and prepare meals using these foods to create delicious, healthy, satisfying meals.
