Food Not Waste is a student-led project under Enactus with an aim to address food waste through educational events and redistributing food to the community
Our mission is to address food waste directly AND sustainably.
(1) We directly impact our community by redistributing food from farmer's markets which would otherwise have gone to waste
(2) To sustainably address food waste issue, we educate students about the power of food and how to maximize food's potential through events which also fund the redistribution program
