Work with your managers on how to handle staff and WHEN to handle staff issues. I went in to grab a quick thing from the LCBO portion, and when I went to pay I had some manager woman carelessly walk in front of me without even acknowledging she was cutting into my close personal space. And then as I am trying to pay for my product with her still fiddling with stuff on the counter around me she starts berating the girl behind the counter that is trying to check me through about how she needs to get out from behind the counter and tidy the shelves and stop being lazy... So Condescending and rude. Let alone literally as they are dealing with a customer

Always clean and full...with a LCBO within! The parliament family does an outstanding job in their housekeeping always spotless and some of the best produce in city...lasts a long time in the refrigerator...unlike some others...who can afford to throw out "fresh produce after two days... nobody.

I didn't find the cashiers a few times I've been there in the last couple of years very friendly at all not sure why.
