Horrible experience currently writing this as we're leaving, Took my 8 year old daughter here to get shoes for school she stated she knew she had them in her size she left us waiting awhile then we watched her take the shoes in her size to the counter to sell them to someone else, then came back to us saying, "Oh we don't have them in her size." My child was so upset she could have just been honest! Won't be returning!
This store is terrible. The girl with the long braids and arm brace is super rude. She should find a different job where she doesnt deal with customers. I usually have a bad experience at this specific store. The people who work there act like they dont want to be there. The job market is hot. If you dont want to do this work, find another job.
Neo and Keya were awesome!! Called in spoke to Neo who had my shoes ready at the register. Kia the AJ1 Guru helped me with my purchase!
I Have the worse experience in that store , Customers were so rude , they were so immature.. Some teenagers did not want to work.. They should get fired..
I will never step foot in this store again. Granddaughter wanted to try on a pair of shoes that employee had to get from the back. He gave us one shoe and walked off with the box. I had to find him to get other shoe for her to try on. What's up with that? Employee took them to register. When I went to pay for them cashier had trouble locating them and was rather rude. Your employees don't want to work.

Another store let me know Orange park mall location had the size I was looking for. I called to ask them to hold the shoe. The girl who took the call took the shoe look up number then hung up in my face like her celebrity boyfriend walked in. I kept calling back and no one picked up. You say how do I know she hung up...she hit the receiver with it before it clicked. Very unprofessional.
New in town and checked out footlocker, and was very satisfied with the customer service that Reese has gave. She was willing to work with me and in shoes I had no size in and was super kind and flexible. Definitely recommend her if you come to this store.
Any shoe I picked out for my son in a size 12, they didn't have. On top of it, the selection was skim.. Ended up walking out empty handed after waiting in line at the door.
