Horrible! Chose this store because I assumed the associates would measure my grandson's feet and make sure the shoes fit properly. Never helped until we waved an associate down. The store was not busy. Then my grandson was given one shoe to try on, when we asked for the other shoe we were told we could only have one at a time. After I asked for the manager and offering for them to physically hold my credit card, was my grandson given the other shoe so he could walk around in both at the same time. The associates were either talking to their friends or watching groups of young adults wonder in and out. Do not assume all customers are thieves. I will never shop at this location again.
This foot locker most likely wont have what your looking for. Foot locker in general has declined. Wanna know how good a company is doing check their stocks/ ticker symbol
Update your business times. Drove a ways to get here and arrived before 'close' and the employees just looked at me and shrugged.
Was there getting shoes for my child, was told at the front doors to wait due to there being too many people in the store.. not a friendly attitude either by the young lady with pink hair. Then as people left we attempted to walk in, then was basically yelled at by the young lady that we couldn't come in yet. I understand help is hard to find but teach your employees respect for all people especially that lady. Once in the store the men were nice and somewhat helpful. I'll be shopping online from now on, to avoid going in there!
Is a big place and many sport shoes to choose.
This lady took 20 mins to checkout our transaction. And we there was only two people in the store. She left to get my shoe size, came back 10 mins later. Front people had to call her to see why she isn’t back to the front yet. After she ranged up my purchase, there wasn’t any bags and she was gone another 5-10 mins in the back. Another employee even told us, she’s using any excuse to be in the back.
Nice place high prices and not a very large selection to choose from. Employees are very attentive!
The Wonderful Female Representative African American Worker was so polite and very helpful. 5 Stars they have Quality Products. I still think they can add more Men's Basketball shoes collection. Well Done Foot Locker. ‍
Nice store. My husband shops here. They no longer carry K-Swiss so I just sit and wait for him to finish.
Been in 3 times within this last week… each time got a rude, short, and overall disrespectful response from the young lady with the short blue buzz cut. I recommend a 1-on-1 customer service course between her and the DM
