Sales lady Leilania is a great asset to the company. I was ready to walk out but with her approach and investigation found what I was looking for and made a $100 dollar sale. Next time I'm in I'll be looking for her help. Malia was also polite and helpful .
Amazing service. The manager Trevor helped me out to get an exchange of my shoes. They ripped after only a little over a month, I didn't have a receipt but they had my email on file which made it super easy. I definitely will be back soon.
Shady business and No point of trying to get new shoes that drops or trying to win a raffle here. These people sells it to the same couple of resellers and back doors the shoes. Was here for the mocha drop an hour 15 before they opened and sold it to the same resellers. We got there around 9:45 and told us they gave out tickets at 9:30. Called a day before and was told to come in at 11. We were told that it was out but we watched them bring more out and sold them. Normal people won’t be able to buy shoes here. You have to have connections and pay them under the table
Lazy as hell staff, cashier even had her leg up while we was trying to pay and anytime I would ask for a sneaker there was an attitude and that’s with two different females. Never again!!!
Friendly and helpful, was able to exchange order on line with no problems. They were great!!!
