I sat there for 15 minutes with 3 different shoes I wanted to try on. $600 in shoes. 4 different people sat at the counter and other people helped other people. I looked white. I spent $200 somewhere else. Racist store.

After coming out of the store I got turned around. A very very nice young man working on 4/24/22 walked me to the closet exit and pointed me in the right direction to my car. Thank you!!

My son loves buying the new style shoes they have to offer.

My experience was very pleasant. A young lady, "Bre," was very patient, pleasant & helpful with my two girls as they searched for sneakers. The store had heavy traffic and all associates were pretty busy, but they were all working well as a team!

I had just walked out of Van's in the mall where the staff would rather play around and talk to each other.  It was completely opposite here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.  Good job! I will be back.

Variety of products, nothing in my budget range.

Nice footlocker fully stocked prices are usual for footlocker the best part of going to this store is the employees.... Very friendly very helpful. The draw back... Located in the center of of the busiest mall in the area and it is huge.

Service is terrible. Most of the time the employees don't even say anything to you when you walk in and if by some chance they do offer assistance or you hunt them down for a shoe, the employees act like you're jabbing them in the eye with a giant needle. It's ridiculous. It's not all the employees like the girl working the register was respectful and the manager seemed like he had his head on but the rest was horrific. Recommend you just go online.

Worker were unattended they all stood around talking to each other had to ask for assistance 3 different time
